Brandy is amazing! Not only is she friendly, but she is extremely knowledgeable about the current upgrade options and current holiday deals which allowed us to get great new phones and reasonably priced plans for the whole household. Brandy even made transferring our old phone information into a smooth process, I had over 4,000 pictures, yikes! Lol This was the most enjoyable and efficient trip we've ever had! We will definitely be coming back!
