I needed a walker for my wife. It needed to have a platform on it as well. They didn't have one in stock or in their Jessup store. They were going to see if they had one on order and call me back. I called them the next day and they still didn't have an answer. 7 days later and I still haven't heard from them. I ended up getting what I needed from Alliance Home Medical in Savannah and they even delivered it to our home!
