Starbucks

This is my favorite Starbucks! The staff are always friendly and patient. Their kind, personable approach certainly fortifies a person's spirit on a very early workday morning. I thank them for always providing me a positive start to my day - especially on my earliest workdays.

One of the best Starbucks I've been to. This place even has conference rooms that, prior to the pandemic, guests can use for free. The coffee is what you would expect from a Starbucks. Same snack menu as well. The service is excellent. The barista even humbly said she's new here and if she needed to remake the coffee she would be happy to.

I don't even know where to begin. I love this Starbucks and all of the wonderful employees! They feel like family to me. I visit this Starbees every morning (sometimes afternoon too) and most of the employees know me by name! They even have my drink order memorized. (Not a simple one either)
My drink is always made right and the service is always fast. The customer service here is amazing! I could be far from home and will drive the extra miles to MY Broken Bow Family because I would feel un-loyal and sad if I didn't! Special shout out to Christian, Troy, Sam, Stacy, Isabella, Ms. Robin AND a few other special employees that know my name and order by heart! Thank you guys for making me feel so welcomed. ❤

Love this Starbucks. Staff members are so nice and kind, and my coffee always tastes just right. There’s a ton of seating of different types, inside and out!

I mean, it's Starbucks. Some are better than others, but I do love this one quite a lot. I really love my Starbucks coffee. It's hard to screw it up, but these guys just get it right every time, and they're not just nice, they really strive to be great! Good job!!

Customer service here is always excellent they try their best and are always kind and respectful. They get my drink right most times and when they don’t I don’t even mind cause they’re too sweet. And I know they would try to remake it. Who ever is in charge is doing a great job of this one.

Well I usually go here for my matcha latte hot with plant based milk and always was perfect but this week I don’t know what happens if they change the barista or something because two times in a row my matcha taste like just warm plant based milk. Not matcha at all and warm not hot at all. So disappointed.

Today my matcha latte was so GOOD and HOT!! Yayyy! She made my day!

This location is cool with a diverse staff, which was appealing to me, and they're doing the drinks right here! No complaints at all! And the seating space is amazing here like it's a wow

The service was awesome. Jill took our order and was not pushy or rushing. She repeated our order to us and inquired if we needed to add anything else. The food was fresh and we were served promptly. Thank you Jill for a refreshing attitude. Starbucks continue hiring awesome staff like Jill 😁

That was the fastest Starbucks drive thru I have every been through. Ironically, I was trying to kill some time before work, expecting the drive thru to take a minute. But I was through that line as quickly as I could order and pay! Very good.

I have never been so happy with my order. Each day that I have ordered any food from here I have never been dissatisfied. Their customer service is great and the food comes to me hot and ready. I highly encourage each person that loves a nice coffee in the morning to order from here. I highly recommend!!! I am a pescatarian and I don't eat meat but I always get the impossible sausage breakfast sandwich and it is delicious. Way to go Starbucks!!!

The friendliest, kindest, sweetest, and most amazing staff ever! Shoutout to Joey and Sydney for being awesome. Delicious food, fast service, and quality drinks. High key my favorite Starbucks location ever!

This is one of my favorite Starbucks in the area. Huge s/o one of the cashiers at the Starbucks on Broken Bow Dr in the Publix shopping plaza - I believe her name is Robin and she's very cheerful and sweet - she always goes out of her way to ask how my name is pronounced, which I appreciate a lot (if you're also from a foreign background and grew up in the south, you know how it was growing up having to constantly correct people or settle for a nickname just so your full name wouldn't be butchered 😫).

I am blown away by the amazing service at this fine establishment. Jaqui and Miguel are the best employees EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This Starbucks location is always clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly. I typically use the mobile app to order ahead, and in my personal experience my order has always been ready on time (and I've only ever had one mistake made with my drink!). I also once ordered to the wrong location on the app, and when I showed up here (thinking I had ordered here!), they were super understanding, immediately made my order on the spot once I explained the situation, I wasn't re-charged, and they only requested that I call the location I had accidentally sent my order to so that they'd know I'd be unable to pick it up :)

This is one of the better Starbucks I've visited. I am in town for a conference every month since 2015 (except 2020 and 2021). This is my go-to Starbucks. So I can speak to their consistency (at least pre-covid and recently). The facility is bigger than most Starbucks with additional seating. They also have meeting rooms you can rent/reserve, which I haven't seen before. They look like they can comfortably handle about a dozen or so people in each. I always order ahead on the app and just walk in, and pick up my order. It's right 99.9% of the time. Inside is typically clean with clean bathrooms also. Service has always been fast, accurate and friendly. I've never seen less than 3 people working behind the coffee bar and often 4 or 5 during busy times. Drive-thru is pretty tight but never backed up more than a couple cars past the speaker. The parking lot is tight also, so if you're in a big truck/SUV, you might want to park in the more open lot behind it for convenience. It's still only 20 yards to the front door. Great store compared to the average Starbucks!

Coffee was correct, delicious and didn't have to wait long.

Zach(sorry if i spelled it wrong) Was really nice!!! He has a wonderful happy personality!!!! He made my day with his smile and cute style!!!! Took care of our order quickly and precisely!!!! And the baristas were also fast and got the order perfect!!!!

My favorite Starbucks! Staff are so kind and fast. Unfortunately they are lacking products due to delivery issues, but they posted the information regarding that at the door and drive-thru so that you know why they may not have what you are asking for. (As of 04/21). They are fast and make the best drinks out of every Starbucks I go to !
