Bath & Body Works

Came here on a Saturday afternoon and it was not too busy inside. I was greeted right away and given the latest details and deals that were happening. I was looking for candles and was shown them along with some information immediately. They had a good buy 2, get 2 free deal. All the products were facing and organized nicely. We found our items quickly and checked out with no wait. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend visiting for products or to have a nice chat with the staff. :) By the way, their products smell great.

Popped in after lunch nearby so I could use a coupon; store was clean, staff was friendly, the lighting and music were perfect so it was sensory overload as soon as I walked in. Wonderful experience.

Luckily went in after all the holiday rush and was able to pick what I needed at a good discount

Love this Bath and Body Works, and always have had the greatest experience until today. Every employee there was very friendly except for Damaiya, who had to have been the rudest employee I’ve ever come across, asking why I didn’t like them and made me feel awful about returning candles, and presumed to toss them into a bag and tell me they’re all no good now. I will be back but would steer clear from this certain employee.

I love their two annual sales and the semi-annual sales are just as good.

Went to Bath & Body Works on Saturday 12/11/21. There was an associate name Michael that was ever so helpful. My son was looking for Xmas products for friends and Michael really went out of his way to introduce him to new fragrances that would be ideal choices . He made it funny and refreshing for us while we shopped. I just wanted to last a warm thank you to Michael at Willow Lawn location. If you are new to Bath & Body Works or a returning customer, Michael will make your shopping experience worth the visit.

Love this place, has the "holiday feel", people that work there are friendly. I had gotten a good deal in my email, so I took in there on my phone, got the great price on their products. I left a happy camper!

The customer service is excellent the store is beautifully decorated smells wonderful and everyone there is so pleasant I recommend going to that location very much.

This B&BW was wonderful. You didnt have people shopping over you or all in the way. The employees are nice and did a great job helping me find certain things plus answered any questions i had. Overall just a great experience.
