My wife and I have been with Verizon for 30+ years. The price was getting pretty high for our needs. We went to this T-Mobile store at Willow Lawn shopping center and switched to a nearly identical plan and saved $67/month for 2 lines. We kept our existing phones. Brandon switched both our lines over in less than 20 minutes. Brandon is very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. I will definitely do business with Brandon and this T-Mobile location in the future for my mobile needs.

If you swing by this store, be sure to ask for Paris! She is fantastic. Spent nearly an hour helping me work through an issue with T-Mobile tech support regarding my 5G home internet service. She solved my issue and I left has a happy customer.

Worked with Luckee yesterday at this location, and she was the best at adding a new line to an account, transferring the service from Verizon, and getting me the 512 iPhone 15 pro max!

Plus there was a rowdy couple in there having a screaming match with each other and everyone there managed it beautifully with a full store.

There’s a great crew here T-Mobile! Will definitely be back and will be looking to see Luckee for any help I need or accessories to purchase!

Literally the kindest most attentive representatives. Paris literally stayed late to make sure that our phone numbers got ported over properly. It was so smooth and she knew what she was doing she’s awesome.

Representative was awesome, but the phone Revvl5g worked fine. They tried to recreate the issue, but could not. The device is still freezing and I am not getting notifications of calls and/or texts all the time.

I had a good experience at this store today. It was busy (~8 customers) and 4-5 people were working (one went on break or off-shift while I was there, I think) with them. They took names for a first-come-first served list and got to me after a while. The rep that helped me was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, and got me exactly what I needed.

It took a while (1 hr 15 minutes) from coming into the store to walking out, but it's late 2021 and every retail store everywhere has less staff than they want to have, so it's understandable. Mobile phone stores always take a long time per customer, and my case was no different. So make sure you budget a lot of time so that you can allow for other customers who are being thoroughly helped, and so that you can have time to be thoroughly helped without having to rush things. (It's better to really get it right the first time when it comes to mobile plans and which phone you want and how you migrate your stuff over, and that all takes time.)

Came in to do a phone exchange and had great customer service!! Brandon and the rest of the team were very professional despite dealing with a rude and loud customer that came in with an attitude. Brandon handled the situation with great customer service despite being talked down to and lied on by said rude customer. I don’t care what issues you have, being disrespectful is uncalled for so I called her out on it because none of them deserved what she said. Also love the upgraded decor, it feels very home-y. Keep up the great work y’all!!

Switched to sprint with a great experience. The customer service by Kendall was excellent. With working with sales you can feel “sold” or someone is trying to get the most out of you but he was upfront and genuine. He walked me through all the steps, concerns, and quotes. Transparency creates an excellent customer experience/relation. Kudos!

There was a bit of a wait time, although there were 4 employees to help, but when I was waited on by Tori Swan, she was able to help me with my problem and explain what had happened to cause it. I thank Sprint for providing such good service and employees to help to keep me up and running. Thank you
