My favorite clothing brand with boho chic look that I totally love to rock! Stanford Palo Alto California store has awesome Sales Staff that are friendly & accommodating, making it my favorite Free People store. 💞

I absolutely LOVE Free People, they have the best jeans and tops ever! A bit on the pricey end, but that's what you pay for good stuff. Definitely recommend for all those girls that want to look bomb for the summer.

I visited this location in search of an elusive dress. The girls here were super helpful. They helped to process my return/exchange and ordered the dress I wanted from online. Because the dress sells out frequently and Free People's system is slow to update (the website listed it as the last one), they also warned me the order may be cancelled and gave me the information for the other 3 stores in the US that may have it. They would have called for me, if not for the fact that those other stores were already closed since they were on the East Coast. But I did get the dress so thanks!

Great customer service! Staff are friendly, courteous, and attentive. Service goes a long way with me. It's a cause for repeat business and effective marketing. It's a large store, so lots of variety which is ++. 😊
