X Of Pentacles

I’ve purchased two pocket squares and a tie from X of Pentacles and with each order (which arrived on time and packaged like a classic beauty) I knew I would be a return customer. Each piece is crafted with such attention to detail and the materials used are of supreme quality. You really cannot go wrong with whatever item you choose. Lastly, Marcel is not only an artist with wonderful vision he is prompt with responding to any inquiries you may have.

I’ve included a photo of one of the pocket squares I purchased and had framed because it’s a work of art and I love it so much. Truly, you will not be disappointed!

I bought two ties--one for myself and one as a gift. My order arrived swiftly and elegantly packaged. The vibrant color and design really puts art in the fashion. My tie has already gotten multiple compliments from attractive strangers in the short time I have worn it and my rational mind has considered the possibility that it may indeed possess special powers.

My step-father enjoyed receiving his tie very much and it arrived right on time for Father's Day. He has also complimented the quality of the design, material, and craftsmanship, knowing it was one of twelve made.

I had initially contacted Marcel in August of 2018 to discuss suitings. Marcel was great to work with, but we ultimately decided the timing didn't work for me for my first foray into MTM suiting. Instead, we tabled the discussion for a couple of years when he was cleaning out some old sample stock and offered one to me. I love his style and I loved chatting with Marcel so of course I jumped on the opportunity. I was pleased beyond what I was expecting. The suit fits me 85% perfectly (this is a sample OTR model, NOT MTM) but the finishing is what's most impressive. And the feel! Good God, man, the feel. It fits light and airy but is heavy enough to achieve some seriously awesome drape. It's paradoxical, almost, a joke of an oxymoron with nobody to be the butt. 5 out of 5 stars. I just dropped it off at my tailor after a couple of months of procrastinating and it's clearly safe to say I'm more than excited to get it back!

This tie has been so versatile with every business suit I own that I have felt obliged to explain to my staff that I really own more than one tie, but that nothing else seems better paired with black, navy, or gray. Although called comic print, the classic design and elegant silk informs that I am serious. The accompanying artwork is also prose that qualifies the tie as art and does not dispel any magical properties.

From the quick shipping, to the excellent presentation of the box, to the hand-typed note that came with the pocket square, the whole experience of ordering from here was exceptional.
