I really wanted to like this place. It’s close to my house, and they carry brands I like. The staff is super friendly and informative. However, I have bought two products over the last month that I spent over $100 on , and they broke. I’m not willing to give a third chance to a business when there are other options around here.

You really need to keep up with your inventory management. This is the third time I have been told you don't have pods for a mod I bought there. You need to support what you sell.
The previous time your employee told me they had pods at the store on 99. Drove there, nope.
