I will be visiting this store more often to get a balloon for my toddler. They stay inflated for over a week compared to the grocery store ones that sometimes last a day or 2. Good prices and kind staff

I was expecting New Year's decorations to be cleaned out the day before NYE, but while it was slightly picked over, there was still a great selection. The store itself was very clean & organized, easy enough to find what you need without help. The cashier was friendly and helped with the few questions I had on the return policy.

Its amazing you can have a business around things you need for parties and that means any kind of parties. I was amazed with the innovative items which were on display as party props. Just seeing the items makes me throw a party of my own. The store was clean and the staff was very helpful. I went there to get stuff for a door decorating contest and i got everything i needed (and then some 😃)

The store manager is so nice and has helped us several times with our party needs. No order is too big or too small and the staff takes ownership over your experience. Would highly recommend this location over any other!

The move from Kitts Lane really benefitted this store. They were forced to think about what is important and what represents their brand and I'm happy to say that they got it right.

The layout of this location makes sense and the selection of items is much better than at its previous location. The prices are generally good and there's generally enough of any given type of merchandise on the shelves.

This store could do better in the area of customer service as clerks can tend to ignore customers if they're having a particularly good chat. Management needs to be out of the office and on the floor more. Management also needs to rethink dressing down employees right on the floor. That's just not cool and made me want to leave, no matter how much the employee had it coming.

I didnt realize that Party City delivers balloons and party decorations until this week. I ordered a lot of balloons and some decorations for my wife’s 40th bday, and i must say Party City helped make her birthday special. Much thanks to Francesca at the Newington store, and Shameka from Shipt! Outstanding job 😀

Great customer service. We went halloween shopping here and there were employees around every corner ready and willing to help and answer every question we had. Our trip was quick and effective even with 2 small children.

Party City is the best place to go for anything you might need for a party. Its a chain store but the salespeople work hard and go out of there way to make sure you find everything you need.

Very well stocked store with good service and prices. Go here! Decent supply of sport fan items!
