I originally went to the O’Reillys on Kimberly Road to get a brake light replacement and they said that they did not do it . I called the Locust Street location and talked to a very friendly gentleman that I cannot remember his name, but he said that he was able to do it and I went to the location and he put in my bulb and showed me how to do it myself. I really appreciate that.

I needed steering wheel fluid and I am a novice at this but thought it would be easy. They told me the step I didn't know about turning the wheel to get the bubbles out and they even came out to help me. Great service here.

I needed a brake light for my Dodge. Allister was the employee who assisted me with the proper bulbs, loaned me the tools and even helped me get it done quickly. Excellent service young man. Thanks again!

Although they didn't have what I needed (a 7" motorcycle headlight), the person waiting on me discussed ways to chase down an electrical problem using a multimeter. It turns out, my LED headlight was fine. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The people who worked the day we stopped we're more than helpful. We had a coil go out the helped diagnose the issue and they had the part. We made it home and I'm an O'Reilly's customer for life.

We where on our way from Nebraska to Ohio both our cars was miss firing so I found o’reilly on google thank god we made there and both the gentlemen Kasey & Craig at the store immediately hooked up their scanner and found the problem and practically helped us to fix the problem and we were happy and back on our way to Ohio 😀😀

Went to buy new battery for motorcycle they had what they said they had in stock ~customer service about average but at the best I’ve had
