I just came in today and the second I walked in I was greeted a what did you come here for and I said I’m here for some hair dye and she proceeded to say oh well, that her days over there was no direction, and I figured she would help me since she asked me why I was there for. No inclusion in the store. I had brought it in my cousin and younger sister, who are 18 years old and are capable of picking up a brush as I asked them too while I was grabbing the hair dye and she yelled at them because they were near the counter saying they couldn’t stand that close to the counter, I paid and she was already upset and had a great amount of attitude that she didn’t offer to let me buy a paper bag and watched me carry all my things with a rude smirk on her face. I didn’t say anything because I’m respectful towards elders but her attitude was unnecessary. Next time I will just use my membership at cosmoprof and drive all the way to Kennewick where the workers are trained in customer service.
