Dunkin'

Really nice employees. Love those people working hard and keeping store nice and clean. Food is fresh and service is fast. Coffee is also excellent.

The energy in this establishment is very awkward. They seem like they are rushing you and aren't very pleased to serve you. The mail employee is very aggressive with his energy and tone.
I like to check my orders before leaving . The order was incorrect, I was asking for a fix. He started talking in his culture language, which I thought was very rude.
I will not be returning to the location.

I’ve been here a few times since this location opened and twice my lattes came lukewarm. Also, the drive through staff criticized me for not remembering my “order number” in the drive through. Seriously? It’s a drive through. The last time I went, the staff was very nice but my latte was cold. I usually love Dunkin Donuts so this is really disappointing.

This Has to be the newest worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the whole world. Three times I asked for toasted bagel each time I was there and it wasn’t toasted. If your toaster is not working, just say it’s not working. They are rude and unpleasant. The hashbrowns are gross. I don’t know if they need to clean their fryer out or what. They never have anything, how is that they just opened.

Got my order wrong twice. Asked for an iced coffee with peppermint syrup. Got a completely different coffee the first time. When I let them know and restated what I ordered, they came back with just a black iced coffee without any peppermint. Not sure why it's that hard to get the order right. Plenty of other Dunkins to go to.

Ordered 2 coffees through the app and 2 breakfast wraps. took over 35 minutes, food was cold. Line full of people waiting for simple orders. Never again.

There are literally bees in the building just stacked up by the food area, also just bugs and flies all around the donuts the only thing I would get from here is possibly a coffee but they never have most of anything in stock so it doesn’t even matter because I wouldn’t even get my coffee right. Not to mention the manager is an a-hole he blocks the drive through and gives an attitude when nicely asked to move.

Coupon is real. But the item ordered through coupon is different from the regular one. There is no protein(egg,meat) in the breakfast sandwich if you use coupon.

Wait time is ridiculous.
