McDonald's

If when we had gotten our food any part of it was lukewarm I would have gone right back , but the fries were hot just like they were supposed to be just like the rest of the food in the bag.
With the time it was at night the last thing I want to have to do is sit at a drive thru any longer then need be especially when all you can hear are a bunch of chatty cathys in there being very loud and taking their sweet time making our food.

I've lived across the United States in about 10 different states and I always get a coffee from McDonald's in the morning if it's close. Sometimes I accidentally order the wrong coffee and this morning they gave me the coffee I meant to order without question. This place is always packed inside and out in the morning and they still keep the line moving at a decent pace. Kudos to the morning crew, you guys deserve a raise. I've been here probably about a dozen times now and not one bad experience.

Just a quick stop in. Quick yet quality service

We did mobile order, today we did lunch and the lady that brought our order out was pleasant. We talked about how some customers can be nasty and unfortunately I understand where she was coming from be kinder to your food servers they will get you what you need.

This place had improved 110% pre-pandemic I would NEVER go there due to poor food quality. But recently, whoever they have working there now deserves a raise. They turned that place around in the best way.

Every time I've been to this McDonald's they've been on point. It's almost always quicker than other locations in the area. When it comes to getting orders accurate I've never had an issue. The only problem with this location is they aren't open 24/7.

Standard McDonald's. Decent service here, & it's clean.

Dine-in available (hard to find these days). Very well socially-distanced. They bring your food to your table, and my whole order was picture perfect. I added a photo of my sanitized table and my delicious iced mocha (yum!).

Fast service and great food. Fries amazing. Burgers kept perfect time. Drive thru window cashier still learning customer service friendliness. Overall very satisfactory. I will he returning

Great pumpkin and caramel iced coffees to go along with double cheeseburgers.
Drinks were great and sandwiches were fresh and hot.
Made for a good visit.
We will stop again.

We came here last weekend for dinner i think on Saturday and the food was great they are always fast when we come here and 99% of the time they get our orders right, also this location is one of the best ones i been to we are going back this is probably my favorite one probably better than the one in Saint Clairsville even though they are both 5 stars if you come here from Bellaire Ohio Or if you are here Visiting i recommend you to be here.

The 2nd best McDonalds in the Ohio Valley! Always FRESH, yes ACTUAL FRESH FOOD just as advertised. I would rate order accuracy on SPECIAL orders at a 93% on our experiences. Very friendly staff who are never rude like most McDonald's in this area. I go there more than any other McDonald's in this area because of the fast service, friendly staff, fresh food, and order accuracy as i have picky kids who special order alot of their orders to fit their needs.

McDonald's was good. They forget to put napkins in the bag almost always. However, the food is still correct and good.

Very friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious 😋

They do have great French fries, frappes that are just as good but cheaper than the "big" coffee chain plus the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall good experience

McDonald's is always a clean end Friendly place for me to take my kids to eat I've made many memories there over the years from the time I was a teenager till now super hot and fresh fast food!

The girl that brought my food to the table was excellent kept coming back asking me if I needed anything even offered to take my empty trailer away excellent service
