Excellent experience. Every staff and volunteer we encountered were exceptionally helpful, gave us lots of information and helped us make the right decision. They are informed of the animals needs and really treat them well. Very clean inside and out.
Really impressed with the amount of vet care the dogs and cats receive before they are adopted to a home, especially considering the reasonable adoption fee.
Adoption applications are thoroughly checked to make sure animals are being adopted to the best home.
We are absolutely in love with our new family member and couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend MCAS.

I adopted my kitty Tito here yesterday. All of the cats were wonderful and they have a cat room where a lot of them live. All of the cats seemed to be in a good health, well fed and they seemed happy. The staff was also awesome and answered any questions I had about the kitties. My experience here was great and if I plan to adopt again in the future, this is where I’ll do it.

We have nothing but kind words and admiration for the Marshall County Animal Shelter!!! The animals we have adopted have all been clean and cared for. The shelter is always clean, the animals cages/living quarters are very clean. We donate often and will continue to do so on the future. They genuine care for their animals and truly find the most suitable homes for these "pets in waiting!" Thank you for all you do. I imagine that there are difficult days, but hopefully more good than bad. It takes very special people to work/volunteer at an Animal Shelter. Kudos to you!!!

Very compassionate polite and the veterinarian at their clinic is the best. She has a heart of gold,caring ,compassionate, wonderful people.

My SO and myself adopted the sweetest kitty from here. Staff was AMAZING, and was able to answer all of our questions as first time cat owners. They truly love these animals. Overall an AMAZING place. If you’re looking to adopt, this is the place to go!

All four of my pets came from this animal shelter. The two cats were just kittens. The dogs were two and four years old. They all have their little ear tattoos and all have been extremely healthy. This is a terrific place to find furry companions.

We adopted a very sweet dog named Sky about 2 weeks ago. We had initially gone there to meet another dog, but it turned out he didn't do well with cats. The staff did a marvelous job making sure we were comfortable that the dog we would get would work well for our cats. Place was clean and seems well run; animals all seemed well cared for.

Wonderful caring staff and volunteers. Dogs are well cared for with both inside and outside facilities plus exercise areas where they can run free. Applications are required and checked out to try to make sure their animals are going to a good home.

We have adopted 2 dogs from the shelter. They helped us pick the right dog for us and were very helpful. The shelter is clean and the animals are well cared for before moving on to their forever homes. They really care about matching the right cat or dog to the right household. They also take in ferrets, rabbits, etc. Not just cats and dogs.

Best animal shelter ever! They treat the animals like they were their own. Ive adopted 2 cats and 1 dog from there. I travel from Pittsburgh to marshall County

We have adopted several pets from the Marshall county animal shelter and they never disappoint. They always call for a follow up to be sure that your animal is happy and healthy.

My Belle was frightened from fireworks last night and ran away from home. She ended up at the shelter. I was so happy to find my fur baby. Thank you God Bless

Best shelter in the area! Every staff member is very friendly and helpful. They genuinely care about every animal that comes through the door and want nothing but the best for them.

Saved titan a few years back here's his pic.. He great also have Sabastian a small Yorkie a 2 years ago his pic be soon titan o a old grumpy chiwawa and Sabastian a 4 pound old Yorkie about 10 or?
