As a mom of a boy that loves videos games and know nothing about them, most of the employees very helpful. He has a PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Oculus and switch so needless to say we go there a lot... They never get annoyed with all my questions, and i feel they never try to over sell to me.

I picked up a Funko pop that I purchased online and the two folks at the store were very helpful getting my pro points used and saving a few dollars. Nice selection of collectibles and games.

When it comes to helping out customers, you won't find a more patient and attentive manager than Jared. The guy is the model employee that you could only hope to find in a retail store. His attitude translates to the other employees as well. I understand Gamestop's reputation has deteriorated over the years, but this a model store and definitely doesn't apply to the stereotype.

Excellent manager. Makes shopping at this location a pleasant and enjoyable experience. Very knowledgeable and personable.

Jared at the Moundsville GameStop is an absolute rockstar at this store. He has gone above and beyond every single time I come in with my son. He has made sure to get me the best deal, and painstakingly explained how to acquire and utilize the technology I do not understand. This guy is amazing and deserves a raise , and a promotion, (and a medal for being able to make what is essentially Greek to me understandable) Has the patience of a saint and is always helpful, every single time. This is our only stop for everything related to gaming, Pokémon, and gift cards- and it’s because of Jared we always return!

These guys here were awesome. Very helpful when it came to helping me set up my Xbox. The guy that helped me could tell i was an old school gamer and made suggestions for games to me that were amazing. I would like to give them 10 stars.

My fiance & his son was sooo excited when our small town officially had a Game Stop because the nearest was in Ohio & there just really isn't anywhere else to go to buy video games other than Walmart & our local Pawn Shop. I love they have special club memberships, which isn't expensive at all to join & well worth it! My fiance's son is now 13 so yes, I've become a "regular" at our Game Stop lol. The employees are ALL VERY FRIENDLY & welcoming. Extremely helpful for ppl like me that don't know much about games, systems, accessories & pretty much e'rything else that falls into the category. What I love & appreciate the most about my local Game Stop is that they're ok w/that! They bring me up to speed regarding products I'm looking for each time I visit AND if they don't have item I'm in search of, whether it's something they stopped selling, extremely popular,or perhaps it didn't get much rave, a HOT TICKET ITEM or even an extremely rare & hard to find product..THEY WILL FIND IT 1 way or another! 💜😁 Then they personally call me & hold it till I come pick it up!🕹💙🕹 I strongly urge anyone reading this rev to trust my words & go visit Moundsville Game Stop & see for yourselves! 🙂🙃
