these guys are always SO helpful. I literally went in there and explained how I essentially stole an iPhone 13 from them (AT&T) and they sent me out with a brand new iPhone 15 Plus. with no down payment. like you can’t get any cooler than these guys. lmaooo. and of course they always hold the door for you, etc. Idk if I’m supposed to do this, but shoutout to my two high school homies Drew Allen, and Chris Starnes. and Joshua Torres for always getting me set up with exactly what I’m looking for when I come in! lol

This store is always fully staffed and they help you right away. I love how they hold the door open for everyone entering and leaving the store. Very knowledgeable staff.

Chris was very quick to address me as soon as I entered the store. He helped myself and my mother separate our accounts, set me up with my own plan, and even found her a better discount than she previously had, saving her more money. It was a very pleasant trip to the store, and I'll be sure to tell others how satisfied I was with the service I received.

I was helped as soon as I walked into the store and was guided throughout the upgrade process by an amazing associate. I don’t remember his name, but he informed me of all the decisions that I was making, gave suggestions for my bill, and even recommended a solution for my Apple Watch. He also informed my friend of their partnership with first responders which made her consider switching providers after graduating college. This was the best experience that I have had at an AT&T store BY FAR.

Mark M. made the phone buying experience so easy! We had a hard talk when we walked in, we wanted to split a business line into a personal one. We didn't know we had to take actions prior to walking into the store. He was patient with us, and helped expedite the process. He could have easily asked us to leave and come back when we had all the other stuff worked out, but he helped us work through it, and then provided amazing customer service. Suggesting products, not being a pushy salesman. I'd be happy to walk into the store and work with him again!

I went in to buy the newest iPhone and Cody Sturdivant was so efficient in helping me. He knew the transfer procedure like he’d done it a million times and I was out of there in record time. No high pressure, just the facts. Knew his products and was polite and patient. This was the best experience I have ever had in there. Thanks, Cody!

Troy was my representative in the store, and he was well-mannered, personable and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions, and even went over my plan to make sure I was getting the best deal. He found ways to save me even more money, and took his time to explain everything.

I called and talked to Keith who helped me fix a voicemail issue on my bosses phone that she has been dealing with for months! Within minutes, he fixed the problem easily and was courteous to me while we were waiting for the issue to resolve. My boss said "I wish I could hug him!" 10/10 Happy boss, happy life!

Today the issue was resolved very satisfactory and I bought the 5G 64 GB cell from them. So I changed my rating to 5 star.

On 11/19/22 I called the store to get the price on a AT&T Samsung A13 5G, 64GB, Black -Prepaid Smartphone and was told they had 1 in stock for $189.

I went in to get that phone, a wall charger and to change my prepaid plan to the $65 Max plan that had 10gb of MHS with it so a 5g phone would work with my plan. Several times I mention 5g and 64GB. He brought the phone out and moved my sim card to it. No files where moved since I wanted to move some before transfering files and make a backup first. I plugged it in to fully charge it and worked on other things. When charged I went to setup to find out it had the wrong model number. A google search did not come back with a ATT version but other carriers said it was 4LTE and 32 GB thus totally the wrong phone. I wanted 64GB due to how large apps I use are and 5g for faster speeds.

The 4LTE would work on my plan that auto renewed on 11/4 for $40, but it didn't say that plan supported 5g. Since that was the only reason I needed to change plans he should have said I wouldn't need the $65 plan which would have tipped me off it wasn't a 5g phone. Then to make matters worse, 11/19 he changed the plan to the $65 regular plan that requires a $10 add on to use the MHS. So next month when I do have a 5G cell I'll be out more money (loose auto pay discount) to change to the $65 Max plan that has 10gb MHS.

So the very next day after Saturday's purchase I took the phone back only to be told there was a $55 restocking fee, the 5g 64GB costs $250 (more than I was told over the phone) and my plan had changed to the $65 Max plan. I was told to come back in Monday to see if the manager could make things right. Upon getting home my plan still said it was not the Max plan.
Given Monday I have to turn in lab sample in Granbury I will see if a source of the 5G 64GB is available for $199. If not I can get it in an unlocked version with 2 day shipping cheaper than the stores $250, but will wait to order it until I have been to the manager at ATT to see how it will be resolved.
