Dunkin'

I've been going to Dunkin' my whole life. This place is as good as it should be

Jaya was so nice and went that extra mile for my order im coming again just for jaya thank you so much for all you do

While I was in Salem , I stopped by to get a cup of coffee. I saw an Accesx A Ride type bus and the driver helping a woman out. I held the door and he explained that she had limited sight. She was waiting by the pick up window but I told the server that she was next and she walked over to the woman, called her by name and the staff took such good care of her! It was really nice to see. They got her coffee, put her money away and helped her to a seat. In a world where you can be anything..... be kind!

Coffee is great... Location is perfect... I drank more than a little bit of Coffee from here. Staff is very friendly and quick. Right next to the Post office, very convenient location.

Extremely accommodating staff had a great experience every time I've been there never a stressful moment can you imagine? At a Dunkin' donuts anyways doing a good job there guys (meaning 🐓 & 🐤=🚺🚹) gender neutral I could of just said that! Lol

We parked our car here last Sunday (Halloween). Unfortunately, my husband became inebriated. I needed help. I had two of my grandkids with me, and there was no way I was letting my husband drive. He could barely stand up. I asked for help and the staff working that day went above and beyond to help us. We were allowed to leave the car overnight, and they even called me an Uber . Thank you so much! We were safe that evening because of you. God bless!

I forgot to order one of my coffees decaf and they were busy and I felt so bad but the worker just dumped my coffee and helped me out without the judgement or voicing her annoyance with me and I appreciated that.

The crew here is top notch! I'm sure they're understaffed like everyone else, but they're still fast as possible and accurate and friendly. Their teamwork is exemplary

Great service-Margarita is is just awesome, very pleasant & sweet person. Puts orders together very quick. She's the best they have there👍💯

Washington Street is always great, even when it's busy during tourist season they try hard with the staff they are allowed per shift. I've only had a few mishaps over the years, and the hubby and I go several times a week at least

I go in here every night about 2 am. The lady is just the sweetest most friendly woman . sadly sometimes she has a day off and the kids that take her place a punks who listen to rude vulgar music.

They're fast (which is great bc we all know Dunkins are always busy) and the staff are SO nice at this one

They always get my order right at this location. I am pretty picky.. lol.. so I have to travel a whole city to get my fix! But they are worth it!!

Not all dunkin are the same. If you have a coffee that is consistently made wrong like me, go here. This one and boston street salem seem to be the best.

The gal who works the closing shift makes my iced coffee perfect every time...and sometimes I change it up!
