I used to frequent the Orland Park location, but when they opened in Tinley I switched. The staff are nice and very helpful, not pushy at all. At times it can be hard to track someone down to ask a question but staff is available. Best part is that its Will Co sales tax. That helps soften the price. Tho the iles are very narrow and get VERY crowded the variety is still good. I do like the stylists here at the salon here but the salon is so so small.

I had such a great experience with Anwyn!! It was my very first time getting my hair done and I felt so comfortable and relaxed. She did so amazing and I highly recommend to anyone!

Ashanti is the sweetest person ever! She is so knowledgeable and she can whole a conversation. ❤

She impressed me so much that I was compelled to write a very positive review and let Ulta know what a great employee you have in Brie”

The facility was very clean and organized. Staff was extremely friendly and courteous.

The store was very organized. But what stood out the most was the staff, absolutely amazing. When I walked in I was greeting with a hello from the cashier, as well as I noticed this with every single person that walked in received a delightful welcome from her. When I proceeded to shop I was approached my numerous employees checking on me and seeing if they could help me. Once I did have a question I walked over were some employees were fixing products on shelves (pretty much staying very busy and making sure the store was looking straight and nice) and I didn't even have to say anything, they acknowledged me first and asked if there was anything they could help me, even though one of the girls had already asked me once. Which I thought this was amazing due to the fact I didn't have to get their attention they were grabbing mine instead, five 5! And the girl Kaitlin was so helpful explained everything that I asked about, helped me find something that would fit best with my skin type instead of just trying to sell me anything there. She took the time to learn about me and she thought about a product that would fit me personally. Then she proceeded to explain everything in it and what each product does and why she recommends that exact product. She made me feel really comfortable with talking to her about my skin type and the current products that I use. After she gave me her card and took my information because she wanted to call me in a week to see how this new product works for me and she expressed that if it doesn't work out for me to let her know and we could work together to get the right product for me. Never have I walked into a store and had such an amazing experience with sales. I won't go to any other Ulta after my amazing experience there.

This store is the best! The staff members are all friendly & comfortable with their knowledge & very helpful & friendly.
Meghan, my hairdresser extraordinaire, is the absolute best! She knows her business & is just a dear person. Makes me comfortable while feeling like a friend that I trust with one of my most important assets! My hair! She's outstanding!

Chelsea helped me. She was so helpful! Very patient, answered all my questions, also gave me tips for future shopping trips.

I've been to quite a few different ULTAs in my life, but this one was by far the best. Not to mention all the beautiful ladies that are employed there. Very personable employees that made me feel right at home. I will definitely go back there when a new cologne comes out or when I need to buy more facial cleansers.

This Ulta is my favorite place to get my hair done. The stylists always do a great job no matter who you get! I recently got my hair done by Jeanette and she was so pleasant and did an amazing job. She also gave me great recommendations for new hair products (I was looking for a new shampoo and conditioner) and she gave me so many options at different price ranges so I could find what was perfect for me!

Came into this Ulta today to get a few gifts for my mother and a lady helped me with locating what i was looking for and the lady who rung me out was GREAT! amazing staff! ( came at 12)

I had the experience of making my first time visit to Ulta Beauty,it was nice,I was really impressed of the fact that this Business Carrie's many different items,it's so much it's hard to really choose,and where to start.It's very well organized, and the employees were very courtesy, and respectful,and friendly. I also had the opp5 to speak with the Manager,she was very professional, and friendly. My visit was very impressional,i will be looking forward to going back.I will reccomend Ulta Beauty.

Absolutely LOVE this place AMAZING STAFF if they do not have an item in stock they will tell you how to order it and pick it up at the store. Also an employee told me how to use the App to see what store has the item and also told me that if an item just dropped give the store at least a month before they will have it. I FOUND THAT VERY USEFUL 🤗🤗

Ulta has every brand imaginable from moderately priced to extravagant. Lines can be long sometimes but move quickly. Best place with the Best choices around, clean, organized, with expert assistance if needed.

Suzan was amazing. I'm a 30 year old woman who does not know much about skin care or makeup. Suzan walked me through step by step with all the necessary items I need to keep my skin clean, and healthy. Also, she gave me tips on makeup products and how to use them. I look forward to her customer service when I visit again.

My favorite ME time place!!! Everyone is always supper friendly and supper nice! Employees actually know about the products being sold! Love it!
