Came in with my mom to add another line to our family plan. We were helped out by Jacob today, he’s always very helpful and professional, he took his time explaining the lines and the plan changes to my mom so she understood and didn’t try to rush through the time with us, he offered us different promotions and watches and stuff and we for one appreciate it because how else would we know our options if not offered to us. Over all we are have been more than satisfied with the customer service at this store. Thanks Jacob and staff!!

I stopped by to activate my phone, it was a bit busy but everyone was friendly and welcoming. Juan helped me and went out of his way to help me change the pin and activate my phone. He was professional and offered me their promotions going on but we kindly declined, I appreciate him not pressuring me. We did wait a bit our turn, but when it was our turn, we were in and out. Would highly come back here to Juan 👍

Came in for the first time to this location on July 15th 2022. The store is very clean and all the displays and products are nearly shown off, making it easy to test any new phone out or browsing cases/accessories. I came in to buy an iPhone 13 mini to “downgrade” from my 13 Pro Max as I just wasn’t happy with the huge size of the phone and didn’t really need the big screen or faster chip power. I was helped out by Natalia and she was a wonderful associate that answered all the questions I had about the switch, paying the phone upfront vs financing, as well as transferring All my data. I usually go to the T-Mobile off Nason exit since I live in that area but I know if I’m ever in need and by here I’ll be treated just as great. I definitely recommend this T-Mobile location. If it is busy when you come just please understand we’re all humans with our issues and own lives. Treat the employees respectfully especially now we’re stores struggle to keep good employees! 😊 👍

Jacob was amazing 😊 he was really clear with the promotions and how much I was gonna pay a month. Would really recommend coming with him he’s a great guy

The manager at this location (can’t recall his name but he was a younger Latino guy with a ponytail and glasses) was very cool, knowledgeable and accommodating. It was my daughter’s birthday and he made the process of upgrading her phone seamless. He also gave us a great deal which included screen protector, case and charger box. He 100% deserves 5 stars. Much better experience than the location on Day Street.

Jacob helped my family and I out today. He supported us in getting the best rate and has excellent customer service! :)

Walked into the store today to get a phone replacement and was greeted by Martin and Margarita. They were both amazing and very helpful with our situation and getting our new phone set up. I would definitely recommend and come back here again. Thank you both for your time and patience.

Absolutely phenomenal experience. Big shout out to Karl and Mohammed for being one step ahead the entire time, every question was met with a quick and thorough answer. Very friendly staff and not one second did I feel unwelcome.
I would recommend this store to anyone.
