Dunkin'

I ordered ahead here and when I arrived 5 minutes later they were swamped with customers and hadn’t started my order yet. After several more minutes and a few more customers, one of them looked at my order, told me they were out of hash browns and offered to give me a dollar back. I asked if I could have stuffed bagel minis instead, and they had my order done within a minute. I’m overall impressed with the customer service—everyone gets busy sometimes but they were clearly working hard and wanted satisfied customers.

Had a great experience here on a Saturday morning. Service was fast and friendly. Donuts were delicious.

Dunkin has the best iced coffee! The refreshers are also good. Great staff who are polite and nice to customers. I appreciate good customer service!

I just went into the store and ordered a few doughnuts for the first time in years. The young man working this evening at the Menomonee Falls location (3/13/23 at 630P) was the kindest young man!! He talked me through all of the styles and characteristics (because I need to everything I can know about the doughnut before making my decision). A professional, knowledgeable, patient, and very gracious young man! Thank you!

Best experience ever... I asked for a scoop of ice cream and also ordered an espresso shot. He went to hand me the cup and it was ice cream with a shot of espresso on top of the ice cream LMAO. I can totally see how someone could interpret it to be that although people do not normally order espresso on their ice cream. Haha all I know is that I laughed so hard and kept my day going.

I called in a traveller coffee and 20 donuts to go for a corporate meeting that I had. They got everything ready on time and when I arrived were very friendly and accommodating. The location seemed very clean which was nice. Would definitely go back.

Great new location. Lots of ice cream varieties along with donuts and coffee drinks. Cones, cups, sundaes, cakes and quarts to go. Plenty of parking, easy in / easy out.

Best Boston Creme donuts in all the land. Fight me. Lol.
