Starbucks

I stop at this Starbucks occasionally on the way to work. They do a great job with mobile orders. Always friendly staff and they do a great job with my special drinks.

Paige is an A+ employee. Came in on a busy saturday morning and I thought I placed an online order (turned out I didn’t) and she then made my drink in a timely manner and even clarified changes in my drink with me. Give this woman a raise.

This Starbucks is the best. They remembered my name and were very pleasant. Always make my drink perfectly. Liberty is so awesome!

Amazing customer service. I grab a coffee nearly every morning which is always made to perfection. I always order a Grande which is their medium size. Picture of size comparison below.

It's your normal Starbucks fare but the staff and service is what makes this location a favorite of mine.

Fast and got my name right

I went inside and ordered a hot drink & sandwich because the drive thru was slammed, but my drink ended up being made as iced. After I confirmed it was indeed mine and made incorrectly the batista insisted on making me a new one correctly & gave me the oops one as well (even though they were super busy and I said I would be fine with just the iced one). She was super kind and went above and beyond in making an error a positive experience and I walked out a very happy, soon to be very caffeinated customer. Thank you!

I come to this Starbucks almost every morning.

The partners are absolutely amazing, and sweet.
There has not been a day I left the drive through unhappy or upset. I always leave with a smile and a well made drink.

Even on days where there aren’t many people working and their drive through is wrapped around the corner they still create amazing connections with me.

I truly appreciate this stores kindness. I’ve had some tough days but coming here has given me a routine that I look forward to.

Best service and coffee I have had from a Starbies!!! Not only were they super friendly but were also able to push through the lunch rush spectacularly and even managed to write a cute note on my coffee for my puppers and me. I have to commend them with their accuracy and consistency with each and every order. Great work!

Definitely one of the best Starbucks I've ever been to. The staff was awesome. It's hard to get a genuine "good morning" from people, but they had it. A+++

The Starbucks in Germantown on Appleton always has the most friendly staff. When picking up my order I was given a little pop quiz and that was quite fun. My drinks are always made with precision and I never have to worry about not getting what I ordered.

I’ve always had amazing experiences with this store, and today was no different! I was asking a lot of questions because I have a hard time understanding things at first, and they were very patient and answered each question very politely and thoroughly! My drink is amazing, and this location will always be my favourite 🤩

Clean, masks worn by all employees and (two other) customers, plastic partitions in place -- my first cafe-made coffee since probably February of 2020 and I felt quite safe. Thanks for a nice birthday treat!

Made a mobile order and didn't realize it was for the Starbucks 5 minutes down the road. They said it was no problem and made the drinks there for us instead since we were already in the drive through.

Very friendly! I had a drink made at the Sussex location that wasn't very good before heading to Germantown to shop. I called this location and spoke with Janet. She told me that they would remake my drink. Very nice people and the drink tasted great!

The coffee was made really well! The only thing negative about it is the customer service is started to get washed away they used to welcome you in the door and say good bye as you are leaving now its like hurry up and order and I don't want anything to do with you.

Absolutely love this starbucks, my go to location everytime. Even when there's a line in the drive through, they're still rather speedy on getting orders out. Sometimes there's a wait if it's busy and you go inside but that's understandable, no matter where you go drive through is first priority.
I've never had bad service here, even in the drive through, employees ask how my day is going and they always have a smile on their face.
I can't function without my coffee in the morning, but I've noticed that lately I've been stopping more and more just because the employees at this starbucks make my morning by not only serving me my coffee, but they also make my morning so much better. When you have someone smiling and wishing you a nice day and just having an all around nice attitude, it's hard not to be in a good mood after that, which goes on to make the rest of the day that much more positive. It makes it easier to spread the nice attitude.

Try the Iced Guava Black Tea with 2 pumps of Cinnamon sugar. Thank me later. 😁
