My experience there was great!!! Cj went over & beyond. I couldn't be more pleased with the service he provided me with. Not to mention the knowledge he knew about my car. I had a battery replaced & James took care of it. He even went the extra mile to check my starter and alternator since I was worried about it! Efficient and friendly service!

I've never had a bad experience when going here. Customer service has always been helpful and never condescending. I even had to leave my car over night once and it wasn't an issue.

Clean store and well knowledge staff. O’Reilly has the fastest turn on order parts. ( the next day wow)
Also they will price match there competitors.

Friendliest staff of any of the auto parts places in and around Vinton. The young man that helped me (Richard or Robert?) even put the battery in for me and was very quick as well as professional and polite. Easy access good parking. Very organized store and lower prices than their competitors!

Never used them due to a jerk that worked there. He is gone so I went back. They ordered exactly what I needed and it came the next morning.

After 2 stops and 2 different auto parts stores, I landed at O'Reilly's in Vinton. I asked a young fellow named Zachary behind the counter for help finding an oil filter that NO ONE could cross reference, or, if they could: "we wouldn't know it" was one comment from the Zone.
Zachary instantly told me he had 22 of them, yeah!... I asked him for two. Then he lead me to a great price on oil to match my filter. We shared a story or two since we both had quite a trying day, I shook his hand and left pleased. Finally, someone that knew what they were doing and was helpful in many ways. Thank you Zachary and O'Reilly's for being there today.

I always get great customer service, it's a clean store with easy to find products. Combined with a knowledgeable staff - Ozzie never disappoints when I'm looking to create a new tool for pottery. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Awesome bunch of guys my part was delayed a little being shipped from another store so spent a couple hours with the guys talking about cars and what not time flew and before I left they all shook hands and apologized for the delay but HELL I had a blast thanks guys O'Reilly's auto parts in Vinton VA hands down the best parts store around.

The guy that helped us was very knowledgeable about the items we inquired about, going above and beyond by giving great tips on using the items we purchased.

Very nice helpful people, and very reasonable prices for what I needed. Will go back again. Had a very good experience here.
