Stopped in to hopefully have my mom's phone checked out & didn't wait long at all. A great young lady made some changes to her settings & a few other things. She explained to me what she was doing which was nice (possible future reference). She finished up & told me it should be alright now. The phone had issue & stinkin' viruses on it that she took care of! No wonder! Phone is better & Mom is in a better mood bc she has a phone that behaves now lol

Maritza is literally the best customer service representative I have ever experienced in my entire life! She consistently goes above and beyond and even remembers your concerns when you forget! She is the reason I stayed at T-Mobile!

I switched over from Sprint. Maritza helped me. She took a lot of time explaining how it works. The next day I went back to have everything transferred over. The manager was great. She walked me though a few things and answered all my questions. I can’t remember her but she was awesome !! Store was clean. Highly recommend this store !!

I was looking for the New I Watch and had a lot of questions. My friend recommended this T- Mobile store. I was very nervous, but Ruby took care of me and she was the best! She was able to answer all my questions and made my experience wonderful. I have other friends at the post office where I work and will be recommending then to you guys! This was by far the best experience I've had! You heve a customer life!! 😊😊😊

I called T-mobile regarding my PIN and they advised me to go into the local T-mobile store and show my ID because they were unable to assist me. I went to a T-mobile store, close to my house, and they told me they could not assist me and to call 611. I then went to the next T-mobile and spoke to Moises. He was very knowledgeable and was able to quickly answer my questions and help me with no problem. Thank you Moises!

I switched from AT&T to T-Mobile and didn’t know what I wanted. I had so many questions and was worried about what I needed. Your manager Libby, took a great about of time and explained everything I needed to know and was so helpful and patient. She helped me set up my new service and transferred everything that needed to be done. My experience was one of the best I’ve had when it comes to purchasing cell phones and service. I work at a large hospital and will be recommending this T-Mobile store to my fellow colleagues. Best experience ever!

Great staff and great products! New location at Vernor Dragoon is well viewed by community and Buisness . It is now located at the former Shell Gas station at same location that was sold and demolished for new construction of three tenants with the first being this beautiful well constructed business in T-Mobile Telecommunications sales and services. Hours are the same as the previous location that is now closed. 10 am to 8 pm Monday thru Saturday Sunday 12 to 5 pm. Contact phone number for this location is still the same. Also same great staff from previous location willing and able to help are available. With the planned approvals of the merger with Sprint Telecommunications this store will be highly prized for service and billing needs by many residents of this vast Mexicantown area. Sales and service by Bi - lingual Staff always willing and able to offer service and necessary advice .

Superior service, Maritza (I hope I spelled her name right) took very good care of me. The entire staff had amazing customer service and professional. My new favorite location!

I lost my SIM card and needed urgent help. A lady at the store, called Leo, provided urgent, cordial and knowledgeable help. I was very touch and appreciative. Thanks a lot Leo!
