Dunkin'

This location is always so busy! I commend the staff for the volume and speed at which they complete the orders. I'm usually mobile ordering a hot coffee and its done pretty quickly.

We always go here after my husband's appointments at Western Reserve Hospital.
The coffee is good.
I got a glazed coffee rolls, he got a sausage, egg, cheese croissant.
Donuts are always very good, and my husband likes the croissant a lot.

I got a ice vanilla iced coffee with three cream and three sugar. They made it perfectly. It wasn't too sweet. Wasn't too bitter

Yo! The big tall dude with the bears..(?) hoodie on last saturday is the best employee ever! Hooked me up by giving him the go ahead to make me a "special" hot chocolate however he wanted and this man DELIVERED!!! XL w/ 2 pumps caramel and 1 pump butterscotch i think. Give the man a RAISE!!!!!!!

Nikki b was amazing. We just had the best encounter with her. She brightened our bad day instantly with her stellar customer service and kindness. You’re lucky to have an employee as empathetic and kind as her. She’s amazing at her job 💖

DD coffee is my favorite, so it gets special consideration. This is a nice, clean, updated, newer building, so of course it is appealing to the customer. Drive thru gives you more room than other locations, just be careful when you go during peak times, as the parking lot becomes extended drive thru, and it becomes tricky to be able to get into the lot.

THE BEST DUNKIN DONUTS !!!! They staff is very friendly and interactive, they NEED A RAISE Mr Dunkin! Good hot food always served with a smile!! the manager is awesome !!

Went today after doing some things.had trouble getting my app and my on line order to work ,so I went inside for help ...and glad I did because inside was the most helpful and pleasant girl working.....Angel she helped with my app and was so nice doing it ...she made my day and my of course the coffee .but she was the real reason...hopefully her manager sees this review and let's her know keep up the great service....I told her to she was a great employee.....

Came here for a coffee but decided to get a new food item as well, it was the potato grilled cheese. I pull up to the window and the girl apologized saying the oven isn't working. She gave me a credit to use in the future for the inconvenience. I thought that was cool.

I've been to several Dunkins in the surrounding cities and this one has the best and freshest coffee. High five to the person who made my vanilla coffee!

This dunkin always has fast and pleasant service, and the workers are always polite. Their bagels are really good if you want breakfast, and my favorite thing on the menu is the matcha. Sometimes the parking lot is a little rough to get out of but thats my only complaint.

Everybody does a good job need help with my apps sometime for my free stuff but staff does a good job helping me lol

staff is always nice, even when i order my insane unsweetened blueberry coffee. that stuff is wild. the smoked sausage breakfast sandwich that was recommended to me at the drive thru was remarkable. honestly in my lifetime top 10. incredible sandwich.

my daily go-to coffee stop, im dreading school starting because the lines will be so long, i'll have to leave work early in the morning. order is always spot on and the wait staff is always friendly. there was an older lady that used to work there that retired, sandy, she was the best. but all the kids that work there now do a really good job

The lady at the speaker read our order back to us to make sure it was correct. The ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC GENTLEMAN AT THE WINDOW WAS JUST THAT FANTASTIC!

Nice freindly workers this morning 1-4-18. I have been back three mornings in a row now. Much more my style than Starbucks and cheaper also!! Great breakfast sandwiches. However I can do without the one sided liberal CNN news on the TV!!!! Many other establishments I have been to choose fox truth. (At least closer to it). At times this is repulsive causing me to just have coffee at home with morning news instead of my regular Duncan morning!

My husband and I stop here every morning before work. The girls are so friendly, they always remember us and our usual order. Out of all the dunkin's I've been to this one has the best coffee and best food!
