The store is great. It's clean inside. The staff is always helpful. I haven't tested them with pet questions other than where is this or that, but they seem like they can answer some questions. Keep up the good work.

My husband and I went in for some items for our two dogs who have been itching constantly. Robert helped us tremendously!!! I’m so grateful for his kindness and tips.

I forget what the employees name is, but she works by the fish. She's very knowledgeable, friendly and was very helpful when we were first time buying fish etc for my daughter.

The employees are really nice even when they're short staff. We were there about a week ago and the guy who was running register was also trying to corral carts and answer questions and run around and he was doing one heck of a great job.

My two Shih Tzu's come here for grooming. Their groomer is Jenna. She is the best, and the sweetest young lady. We followed her from PetSmart in Orland Hills.
