AT&T Store

Jake was super helpful, especially after poor service from two other stores. He listened to our complaints regarding poor data service and immediately offered helpful suggestions. Give this man a raise!

Very nice group that works at this location. Store was busy so I didn't mind the 10 minute wait. Once helped I was in and out. This location needs a raise. The two times I've been at this location it was a pleasant experience.

My phone was not working and it got quickly fixed. I left happy!

Went to the Easton location today to add a line & purchase a phone. Demecia was helpful & very friendly. Service was quick, I was in & out in less than 30 mins. Thanks again & my mom does in fact love her new phone!! ☺

I thought that I needed a new phone after 4 years, but really like my Samsung 8+ that I got here. Turns our that the lady checked it out and said that it was my WIFI. She turned ot off and. It was fast again.

We bought a new phone today at the Easton AT&T store. Yerri was most helpful in buying a new phone and migrating data to the old phone for use by another employee. He was capable and friendly and made us feel very good about having our business with ATT.

I love Melissa! I started with AT&T 4 years ago and she has always been helpful. The store is always clean and have the phones I want in stock.

I love my AT&T store and customer service. Although, I do believe the could have a more helpful, friendly store manager. It's common knowledge the Easton store manager can be downright rude.
