T-Mobile Authorized Retailer

People often ask me why I’ve stuck with T-Mobile for so many years. The stores are always clean, the staff are always nice, & there’s always a GREAT promotion going! Gwen & Joe took great care of me tonight. I went in with a few questions and walked out with a new iPhone 11. I couldn’t be happier. Thanks a lot you two, you were great!

And when I got home and was having difficulties with iMessage, I was able to go onto the T-Mobile app and chat with Elizabeth. She figured the issue out quickly and fixed it with no problems.

10/10 service, T-Mobile. As always.

I had another awesome experience at T-Mobile last night! I never received my rebate for a purchase I made back in May so I checked it's status online, but there was no record of it. I went into the store last night with my original receipt and was greeted by both Adam and Aaron, who where both very friendly and extremely helpful! They answered all of my questions and took the necessary steps to immediately fix my problem. I am happy to say that they successfully resolved my issue which made me very happy! I received an immediate credit to my account for the inconvenience of never getting my original rebate! Thank you again, T-Mobile!!! I am a very satisfied customer! ☺

Went in with phone problems and they went above and beyond to get them resolved. They are super friendly and do what they can to take care of your needs.

Update: Went in for a screen protector. They ordered one to be delivered to my home. I also got home internet added to my account. It is faster than the xfinity internet I had and costs less. Ping rate averages about 30.

Super friendly and most knowledgeable staff I've experienced at any location. I've come in several times with complicated account issues and they patiently help me through it every time. Very good reflection on T-Mobile and their values as a company. Highly recommend.

I was having a hard time dealing with Sprint while attempting to switch a phone over to T-Mobile. I stopped into this store, and Adam helped me through the entire process. Best customer service I've experienced from a mobile company. After the debacle with Sprint, and the great help I received from Adam, I'm positive I made the right call to switch to T-Mobile.

It would be redundant to say that the store has great prices simply because all the stores have the same prices. What really makes this store special is the staff, and how incredibly helpful they are. They will help you find the perfect plan for you and your family, i was just browsing around when I walked into the store but they convinced me and offered me great deals that just couldn't be denied.

Went in to upgrade me and my wife's plan and Greg & Aaron were awesome! Took there time to make sure we got the best deal possible and no pushing felt like I was talking to a friend! Definitely worth your time if you're in the market for a phone or just to change your plan and have some friendly conversation! Thanks guys, appreciate ya!!!

Went to the store to talk about switching and walked out with a new phone and paying way less for a lot more than I got at my old wireless provider. The staff was great. Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. I'm so excited about my new phone and my new network.

If I could, I would give the 10 stars. My old phone suddenly died a couple of days ago. I called Best Buy to ask for advice/help. After endless waits and several transfers, when I finally got to a live person she asked me how the weather was. 'Cold,' I said, 'what's it like where you are? And where are you?' "The Philippines', she answered. I called around to other local shops, and got similar responses. When I finally called T-Mobile, Jess answered on the second ring. I explained my problem. She gave me an appointment within 30 minutes, and then spent 3 hours working with me, always cheerful, always helpful. And she gave me a great deal (two for one). I have since called on a couple of occasions, someone always answers by the second ring and they always sound delighted to speak to me. WOW!

This shop is the best carrier shop to me ever!! We went here two times for BOGO deal and every time we went, we are very satisfied. Not only for T Mobile deal, staffs are very helpful and kind. Especially Aaron, he helps us a lot to set up all. We really appreciate his help.

I wanted to express how please I am with the Tmobile associates Greg , Aaron and Jessica in the new West Lafayette location . Initially going into the store, I was unhappy with the service from T-Mobile and was contemplating changing carriers , but after dealing with your stellar employees, I am elated and proud to be a T-Mobile customer. Great store! It's a new store so I was pretty skeptical about it, but it's in a great location and they were able to help me. They handled my upgrade a lot better than most stores in the past have!

Omar was very helpful when my phone wasn't working. He went far beyond what most people would have done. He was very polite and very knowledgeable.

Very helpful staff, always a wonderful experience visiting the store! Went to the store with a faulty sim card problem, they diagnosed the issue and gave a replacement sim card in no time. Extremely knowledgable and friendly people to interact with.
