My experience was extremely pleasant. I have had some bad experiences at beauty supplies, so I didn't have high expectations, but I must admit that the staff was very friendly and accommodating. I will definitely drive to this establishment from my home in Fort Worth for my next purchase. I would definitely recommend this establishment!

this five star review goes to the young lady in the back, BRENDA. She was so helpful, I was looking to buy a wig for a birthday present and I couldn’t decide which one to get and miss Brenda answered all the questions I had. On the other hand, cashier LIZ was very rude. I think she had a bad day because she did not hand me my money, she just kind of threw it to the counter. I will be calling later today and I expect a free wig due to that terrible experience with the cashier. Do better miss LIZ!! One star for you.

I have been shopping here for awhile. I honestly find the employees here to be friendlier than those at Jenny's. Don't get me wrong there are a few friendly employees at Jenny's, however collectively, USA beauty provides friendlier customer service.. An older gentleman who helped me, took his time to answer all my questions and did not seem irritated. He was absolutely AWESOME!

This place was an excellent surprise. I’m not from this area but I was able to get everything I wanted and more. The selection of wigs, extensions and hair products was amazing. The prices were very reasonable and the people working polite and respectful. I will make the effort to come to this beauty whenever I’m in the DFW area. Thanks again!!

Love this place. If you don't want to spend a lot of money on wigs this is the place. I've been to other beauty supply stores and their hair is a little on expensive side. When I come here the wigs are reasonably priced and a large selection also. I miss this store because I moved and the beauty supply stores in this area sick. When I visit that side of town I make sure I stop here. Would recommend.

They have a huge selection of Barber tools, I live in Abilene and these stores here are GARBAGE. For what they charge in Abilene, I can get two or three pair of what I need. It is absolutely worth the drive for me, cause when I walk out the door, I know my money went a long way, so thank y'all.
