Had a very nice experience at this location. I was treated really good and received excellent service from the employees.

I placed my orders online and pick up at the store was quick and easy. Had a really great cashier who knew exactly where to find one other missing item that completed my shopping trip.

The place was clean and the girl behind taking our order was so cute and friendly. She was cold cause she got wet doing dishes. Needed a jacket or a better apron to not get wet. Loved the tree.

The store manager Thomas was able to help me out when I had no other option. I truly appreciate this location hands-down the best.

Mike & the most kindest black gentleman was very helpful and blessed our game in cleaning supply area and insect/rodent area too!

Cathy in appliances is hands down the best associate at any store I have ever worked with. We purchased a fridge and she got us done in 15mins and was just amazing!

I needed 8 2x2s for a project. As they were 8 feet long, I was going to cut them in half to fit into my car. Unfortunately, the saw in the store was not working🥺 However, Lalo Zaragoza came to my aid and cut all eight pieces with a hand saw! 💕💕💕I was amazed and super grateful that someone would go to that much trouble and hard work to help a customer. Best experience EVER at a Home Depot!!!! Thanks again Lalo, you are the BEST!!!

The materials showed to be in stock online and where actually in the store, had a great customer experience between me and the automated checkout, except for how loud she talks when you choose print receipt instead of email….. overall a good visit! Didn’t buy a bunch of stuff I didn’t need, stayed focused and just picked up the materials I needed… lol,

This store is clean, almost always has what I need and above all the customer service is above and beyond.

Jason in tool rental was awesome. Being a Sunday at 8 am you would think everyone would be a little slow to start. Not him he was friendly, quick and helpful. Got my rental, my project done and returned all within a hour. He cares!

I am very thankful for the managers at Home Depot off of Sycamore School Road this door is always willing to help in the community during the summer they donated 10 cases of water to the homeless in Fort Worth and they donated previously flowers to the nursing home ithe Amounts of over $500 or more and also they have Christmas rat beautiful Christmas red plants the Christmas poinsettias to the local glencrest 6th Grade Center in Fort Worth for the Christmas holidays

Great location. Always helpful. Ask for Austin in the plumbing section if u have plumbing questions. He knows his stuff.

I bought some Shelving from Home Depot and it weighed over 200 pounds and the young man outside by the name of Benji, was extremely friendly to help me load it, and when I tried to tip him, he refused, so I didn’t know how else to thank him for his great service friendly personality Give him a great review you guys definitely have yourself a winner.
