David’s customer service is AMAZING!!! He genuinely cares about the customers he serves. I walked in stressed out about my car battery but David took care of the problem. He made sure that it wasn’t just a connection issue before I had to pay for a new battery. Turns out I did but David made the experience painless and stress free. Great customer service!! Installed my battery on a cold January morning.

My teenage daughter had a flat tire in a nearby parking lot and needed assistance in getting it repaired. Everywhere she checked, they only suggested calling a tow truck (2019 Dodge Charger doesn't come equipped with a spare tire or jack). She stopped by AutoZone for help and Ramiro quickly grabbed a plug kit and mini compressor to fix the tire! He truly went the extra mile to help get my daughter back on the road! As her father...I can't thank you enough!

I had dead Battery..in the middle of winter ..and a sick dad....this INae female was so cool ( Precious Tepenny) messed up her last name but her name is precious and if Monique ever pay a hand on her....It's about to..go.. down...Precious was overly nice...and she looked out on the discount
..if she is not made the Asst manager of this store withing 30 days I'll get filing a grievance with the City council as well as the board of woman's ppl association...and I'm calling some GBCTNT ppl too...put some respect on be that yound woman's name!!! # Oprah who??!?! Awesome, great service. Stopped to have my battery checked. The young man that assisted me didn't hesitate. He was professional, prompted and also checked my alternator and cleaned the terminal cables to the battery. Terrific service, hate I didn't get his name. Thank you so much. 🤝🏽
