Best place in the city for home improvement! I had an amazing experience working with Nicole, Sean and denise to do a kitchen from zero all the way to something incredible. A lot of time spent to design they don't rush you to just get you sign and pay and move to the next person, they spent as much time it needs to have the best outcome. Definitely recommended, you will get the best service, price, and quality 👌 😇.

If I could give ten stars I would. So my wife and I just wrapped up our kitchen remodel. My wife was doing dishes and a plate slipped and dropped in the sink. It’s spidered the new porcelain sink and is an under mount which means our granite is cut around the sink. I called home outlet and explained what happened, sent pics and spoke to manager Shawn. I sent over pics he got in contact with the manufacturer and got it covered under warranty, Sean is even paying the bill to have the granite guy come and set the new sink and pull the old one. Let’s see Home Depot or Lowe’s do that for their customers!!! Thanks Shawn and I can’t thank you enough. Home Outlet on Fuller Road!!

Wanted to give a shout out to Nicole and Isaiah for their help today! We ordered custom windows and they not only loaded the windows in the car for me but they brought out some extra cardboard to cushion the windows so they wouldn't crack on the drive home.

The prices here are quite reasonable and there's always a wide selection. Bonus: we even got our windows delivered a week ahead of schedule. Would definitely recommend this Home Outlet!

I love this place their costs are so reasonable. They have a really nice design service. They offer a veterans discount. The cabinet quality is awesome. Nicole is wonderful!! They ended up having items sooner then they told us (don't take that as the norm but that really pushed the service over the top).

Worked with both Jeremy and Nicole on designing my kitchen. Both very attentive, professional, and creative.

Just st bought upper wall cabinets for a barn grain room. Checkout lady was very kind and enthusiastic.
Young gentleman who brought order up front was also amazing! Hopefully the cabinets are long lasting quality.

Honestly after shopping around at all the other stores in the area this was the best price by far. Home Depot & Lowes can hold these nuts if they think I’m not coming here first for cabinets !

We were there yesterday for the 2nd time. Bought new vanity countertop and ordered another one. Bought flooring and new toilet. This place has quality stocked items and the pricing is very reasonable. Can't wait to get everything installed now!!

Received excellent customer service from Nicole Spath on a new kitchen cabinetry set. She answered all of my questions and I was so impressed with her product knowledge and genuine interest to help customers that I purchased another kitchen set, which I was previously planning to purchase from a competitor, for another home. As an example of Nicole's genuine interest to help, when a kitchen sink that I wanted to buy was out of stock in the Colonie store, Nicole went out of her way the next day to bring that kitchen sink from the Latham store.

She has also been very helpful in answering some follow-up questions over the phone regarding additional products that I've wanted to purchase and I would easily recommend Nicole, Andrew and the rest of the team to anyone I know. Thanks for all your help in providing one of a kind customer service!

Knowledgeable crew that went above and beyond to ensure that everything went as planned. Butch was helpful during store visits and kitchen design. Jeremey also finalized the kitchen designs / order and even took extra steps well above any store service I have received by any big box retailer. We had a few issues in our kitchen cabinet order but they made it right and then some. It is about the relationship to these folks.

Nicole is so friendly and really help us a lot with our cabinets!! Couldn’t be more happier with our experience!

There was so many things there you can get for a good price I was there to pickup a Sink for my Sister for her new house and I meet a friend of mine who works there nice guy nice place to get stuff for your new house or old house but when you buy counter top always check out both sides be for you buy good luck See you there by.

Vinyl micro-bevel click lock edge flooring is good, even better when on sale...
