Very clean place staff is friendly. Actually went to use the dog wash, it was very easy to wash my boxer. They provide towels, soap,conditioner, and I think they had a dog cologne. Cost was 13.00 unlimited time. They do have wash books available.

I always feel like I'm a valued customer when I shop here. I like the convenience since it's close to my house so I can pick something up in a hurry.

Great selection of pet supplies. Found some on sale and stuff I haven't seen in other stores. Also, great staff! Friendly and very helpful.

Fantastic experience here! I took my little sister in to price out fish and see what would be a good, easy fish for her to start out with and Nick went above and beyond! He was so knowledgeable and we were greeted right away and asked if we needed help. We will definitely be returning to purchase all of her fish and accessories for her tank. Nick won our business! This place is great. Have almost everything you can imagine for your pet. Mine sure didn't care for the winter boots though. Lol! Staff is very nice and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first on line order. I was so much more simple than I thought it would be. Nick, the person who answered the telephone and brought out my order, was so very quick and very nice and friendly. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

Took a lot of time to help me with my rewards card on their computer because I did not know what I was doing. Top knotch pet store!! I buy all my dog food from PSP. Im able to get whatever i need each time in stock. Great staff, always willing to work with the customer on there needs. I drive 1 hour to go to bay city store. Wouldnt consider any other store for my dog needs!!

I love going here. We get our dog supplies and turtle supplies here. The customer service has been amazing every time I am there. The employee that helped and checked me out today went above and beyond. I wish I would have gotten her name. Big thank you and great job to her for making their customers wanting to come back. Great work for the whole store.

Went there yesterday looking for a harness for my yorkie, Matt helped us find one that our guy couldn't get out of, appreciate the help!! After buying 6 different ones, lol

Top notch service. Everytime we bring our Pepper girl in they treat her so good. You guys have some awesome staff. Their baths are easy to use and always clean. They have a discount card for frequent washers!

Great Experience! I had the worst last 4 days dealing with PetSmart and their poisoned fish(poisoned by dead fish Body build up in the filters and tanks) I went in and found all the supplies I need and the price matching was amazing! The staff was very friendly.

Clean store and has everything I’ve ever needed! The employees are very helpful and the animals there are well taken care of! I came in recently with litter box problems (the box was stinking even though I was cleaning it multiple times a day and replacing litter). Emily was able to recommend some great products to help me out! Since then, I haven’t had any more problems with the litter boxes and my cats have been so happy!
