Thank you everyone at the Charlotte Hall Sneade's for all their help resolving a door key issue.
We had install a new lock in our patio door and wanted some extra keys
After two months, they were able to help get the correct blanks and 5 new keys. The keys work perfectly

This store is amazing!!! The service and knowledge from the staff was vast and accurate when it came to locating 2 items I needed. Each staff member who walked by gave eye contact, smiles, and had positive body posture. My goal was to find lawn edging or aluminum flashing for a project. I had zero hope for finding either as I had first visited Tractor Supply. Tractor Supply explained their stock was seasonal. Sneade's employees were cheerfully willing to help and had no problem walking me over to the products. There was even a moment when 2 items seemed similar. Another employee plugged the item into their device to determine the difference. The other employee when finished replaced the ladder he was using into its safe storage location before helping find hardware next. Smart!! If there was one downside, it would have to be me on making a mistake in measuring beforehand. I hope the employees keep this good service going, and customers be on their very best behavior. Customer service goes both ways. This place is amazingn!

Huge selection of products to choose from. Numerous employees approached me through out my visit asking if I needed any help finding something. Very friendly staff. Excellent customer service. Long line to check out but went fast because they had all 3 registers open. Great experience.

Sneads is a little pricey at times but they have a wonderful atmosphere and every month if you're on their program they send you coupons to use toward anything you buy the staff are very friendly and caring they go out of your way to help you when you need help I definitely recommend this place

I come here all the time. Glad I found it. Helpful friendly people, lots of interesting stuff, great selection of grilling things (I've bought three outdoor grills here this year, griddle/smoker/weber). My go-to store for anything I think they would have... including disc golf discs, I grab one off the shelf almost every visit.

It was as if they had curated a special assortment just for me. I appreciated the variety, ensuring there was something to suit every taste bud.

Everyone is always very friendly and polite here! The store is clean, organized, and well-staffed, employees are knowledgeable, and if they don't know the answer to a question they will find someone who does. You never have to wait long to be helped or to check out.

Good selection for simple home projects and repairs- and they're always happy to special order anything they don't have in-store! I've purchased keys and paint here several times with good results.

Their mobile/online ordering is always easy and effective as well. I appreciate their curbside pick-up services when I have my kids in the car. Also love their app and rewards program because I almost always have $5 or $10 off coupons to use.

Sometimes I really wish they had a dedicated plant center, but they do have seasonal plants, soil, planters, etc.

Stopped by to pick up a Jeep and ended up going in the store, super friendly people working there, I'll definitely be back.

The staff is helpful and knowledgeable. They helped me find the items I needed quickly and explained how to use them.

Had battery for my riding lawnmower. Two prior stores I went to did not carry it. Employees here are always very helpful.

Ace Hardware in Charlotte Hall is Awesome, with friendly staff. Love the assortment they carry! Great friendly staff that are very helpful indeed! Especially helpful tonight as I ran in there 8 mins before closing with an unexpected plumbing emergency.
I Had my husband on speakerphone explaining our issue. The associate, Jimmy was on the ball getting me everything I needed. They stayed open longer for me & escorted me out to my car safely. (Extra Bonus)

Needed a Part for my HVAC system had to drive 50 miles to get the last part in stock which they held in reserve for. Very Friendly staff.

Always friendly and helpful staff. The only thing that would make this store even better would be a hunting section, or atleast sell corn.

I went to the Charlotte Hall, Md store in desperate need of one of those blue plastic baby pools in the dead of winter. And of course this store didn’t have the size I needed but I ended up speaking to two AMAZING team members who went above and beyond to assist me and get me the product I needed asap! I was honestly shocked there are still such amazing humans who cared enough to jump through hoops (it wasn’t easy) and get me what I needed by the next morning (from 7pm the evening before)!! Thank you Kasey W. and James A. for being so very incredibly helpful and kind!!! These two folks exemplify customer service!! Shining stars!

I had the help of a team finding a part and an adapter that I seriously would have never found on my own. The man helping me spent probably 20 minutes trying out different ideas to help make my project work. This isn’t a one-time experience, even though I think this was the most significant amount of help I have needed. Every time we go here, the team is pleasant and helpful.

Very convenient store very clean very organized plenty of people to help you and the prices aren't really that bad. I don't like their savings coupon they send me I have to spend $25 to save five and I have to spend x amount of dollars to save x amount more I don't hardly ever get to use those coupons but other than that great place
