Kathy's Kitchen

My husband and I absolutely love Kathy's Kitchen. When we first came to the area to look at houses we stopped in and had lunch. We immediately felt at home, the staff was friendly, the food was good, the prices are extremely fair, and the portions are nothing to sneeze at. We moved from Colorado and this has become a favorite place for us. They have lots of parking, and always have a smile for you. PLUS Kathy's pies are amazing!

Very quiet, family owned restaurant. Pleasant, homey atmosphere. Great food and dessert! Very friendly people. The owners daughter served us, and we really enjoyed talking with her. I highly recommend this restaurant if you ever come to Mansfield, Missouri.

Good home-cooked meals. Very well portion, bring your appetite. Super reasonably priced. Staff was very polite and attentive. The entrance is a little tricky to find, turn into the fire department.

This is the loaded hash browns. 😋. This place has such good food. And it's so inexpensive. The servers are amazing and so is the company you can keep here while you eat. Can't say enough good things about it.

We went there by accident while traveling. The place has zero fancy atmosphere but charming country atmosphere. The waitress, Lea was attentive and charming. The food was good. Plentiful. The peach pie was delicious.

It was a little off the highway but well worth the stop.This was a great little mom and pops diner whith some good home cooking. I just wish they had fried zucchini. If and when I drive back through here I'll definitely have to stop again.

My wife and I recently had lunch here along with her two sisters and their mother. I can't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Our server, Lea, was ready to respond to any request, and make changes to the menu as we wanted. Two of the party wanted to split one of the lunch specials (cashew chicken, egg rolls, rangoon) and the order came already divided on separate plates (and the portions were generous).

Sown home place locally owned. Very friendly and food was good. Kind of hard to get to it since it's down a one lane road, but well worth it.

We always get hot, fresh food that tastes great when we order here. This is our new favorite place to eat. I just wish they were open more evenings.

This is a great place to eat if you're visiting the Laura Ingalls Wilder museum. The food is basic American food, well-prepared, with good-sized portions. The service was very friendly.

Awesome food! Great service run by a family that makes you feel like family. Would recommend to anyone visiting Mansfield, MO. Their Fried pies are absolutely amazing!!!

Kathy and her staff are super nice!! She is a good Christian woman!! She can really cook!! The service was good. The food tasted great. The wait time was amazingly fast. The restaurant is super clean as well.
