Very helpful and friendly service. I like having a physical location with a helpful manager. I would recommend Metro by T- Mobile to anyone that likes helpful friendly service and wants to speak to a "real" person. Prices are good with multiple month by month service. They really try to work with you and give you respect.

Clerk was very helpful on making a change on my account and very knowledgeable about the different phones and their individual benefits. He laid out the pros and cons very well. Wayne Burk is the man to see about a phone or plan.
