I am only rating the Customer Service of the counter employees. This rating has nothing to do with the management, passport services or mail carriers. I come to this post office multiple times per week and have for the past year to mail packages. There are 4 regular employees who I encounter regularly. I am not able to get their names and I am not comfortable asking them so I will say it is 2 women and 2 men - all 4 are African American and all are under 35 in my estimation. I am only describing them in case management reads this they know who to give props to. All 4 of them are extremely courteous to all customers and always accommodating. I have seen customers irate over various issues that are not the fault of the counter person and each and every time the employees have been beyond gracious - I have witnessed this countless times. They are always keeping busy and are quick yet not pushy when handling shipment of packages. All 4 deserve a raise and I know all USPS locations are short staffed which causes frustration with customers and stress with employees. I commend the workers at this location for amazing customer service even when the line is out the door or a customer is irate (neither of which is the fault of the counter person)…

We went there to renew a passport on Saturday walk in and there was a line we waited about an hour but the employee was very nice and he worked so hard

I always take my business mail to this specific location because the employees are efficient and friendly. Donald, and the rest of the team, have always been courteous and have worked with me on several occasions when I am in need of extra help. Hard to imagine I’d leave any USPS location 5stars, but they do an excellent job with customer service.

The post office agent was friendly and helpful. Because I had to go when it was walk up only, it wasn’t even a big deal.

I was in there returning a package and it was very busy, but all 3 employees working were very quick, helpful and nice. I only caught the end of this situation that happened, but there was a lady in there causing a scene over not being helped with her “10 second situation.” She had cut in line and demanded the supervisor help her with her needs NOW. He kindly told her that he was assisting another customer and he would be happy to help her if she got in line. She kept demanding, going off saying it would only take 10 seconds and then said she was going to report him. Eric was the supervisor and he handled the situation very professionally and very kindly, and probably a lot better than most people would. I felt so bad bc you could tell he was a little frazzled afterwards, but the lady was at fault and was super unreasonable.

Jason & Debbie (mail carrier) are INCREDIBLE with customer service and an asset to the community. Every time we have any issue, they both work diligently to help me - and it is truly appreciated the effort they put forth because they genuinely care. Thank you so much to the both of you!

Hadn't received my business mail in weeks. Was missing several big checks. Went into the Evergreen branch and talked to Brie. She had all of my "lost" mail to me within a couple of hours. Thank you!

The people that work here are great. They deal with the entitled public who think the world revolves around each and every one of them. How can you possibly complaint about a service that will take a letter from one side of the country to the other for pocket change.

Erich (I think he's a supervisor) has discipline. Only reason these guys don't get 1 star. He aggressively pursued my lost package and recovered it.

I have always found them to be very helpful and accessible over the phone. An extra: They hand-stamped all 200 pieces of wedding invitations for me.

Thanks you all are awesome I sent a Christmas pkg on Friday before Christmas you said it would not make it until the day after it arrived Christmas Eve wow that's better than UPS and I worked there 15 years merry Christmas to all

I've always had a good experience at this post office! The staff is friendly and works very quickly and efficiently.

The tellers at this location are very knowledgeable and helpful, when I have any questions about shipping my packages.

Friendly, helpful staff! Always a pleasure to come here for simple things like stamps or help with shipping for eBay.
