Michaels

This location lacks a lot of supplies that you could get before the pandemic. I would say look online for a coupon, they are great at that once in a while. The place is big and there is plenty of check out lanes so you do not have to worry about waiting a long time. I would recommend you go ahead and check it out for yourself because it is a really cool place.

Michaels always has some great stuff but I didn't find any model paints

Wanted to order head vases for Mother's Day. Placed order for 3 but for some reason when I went to pick up order was nowhere to be found. They were beautiful 8 in high reduced from $19.99 to $9.99. Plus Michael's always has some added discounts avail. While at store saw 8 on 2 shelves but each one had chips on them. Would have to plaster and paint. They were made out of cement. Wish I could of just painted. Going to check out another store. Went to Tinley Park not avail at all stores.

We went to have pictures framed. Rose was not only very knowledgeable but, she was so nice and took her time with every customer. Framing is expensive no matter where you go. I would definitely go back when Rose is there.

Went in with 2 teen girls looking for shirt stencils and paint, an hour later we achieved our goal

It's hard for me to get around the store with a cane. One of the associates brought my purchases (I ordered by phone) to the front door. Very helpful!

Went to pick up shirts, everything was in the bag correct color and sizes

They used to have one in Calumet City but it shut down. This one in Tinley Park was great they have their holiday items out for the picking.

It was really nice. I went for yarn.The colors I wanted are really hard to find . But Michaels had the colors. So I have to say my experience was a good one

It's always a very good experience with Michael's. Every Michael's I go to It's always very good worker's the atmosphere is always friendly and very clean and organized.

I have to write a review on this location, I had a wonderful phone conversation with Michelle the manager of the store about a week ago, you see I needed a jacket framed that my brother wore as a child, my dad wanted to gift it to him as he lives out of state. Michelle was so kind and helpful on phone I decided to go and have it framed by them! When I say the young lady who works back there was so kind, and helped, went above and beyond what I would have expected! If you need anything custom framed please go here! They will take care of you, for a reasonable price! Thank you ladies for making my night!

AWESOME!! Went to pick up an online order. Person in the framing department was busy with another customer for framing but called someone to assist me. They were there QUICKLY, had me sign, got my order & offered me a box as the didn't have a bag big enough!!! Snapped the containers together & I was done in about 7 minutes!! GREAT customer service!!!

This location is convenient, parking is never an issue. The staff is kind. The store is always clean and tidy. It would serve better tho if they had mobile coupons. I always forget my paper coupons at home then they usually just go in the recycle bin to hopefully be turned into toilet paper. So my only complaint is that they dont offer mobile coupons.

I love crafting and this is my go-to store. Some things are a little pricy but there's always a sale.

This location has one of the most important things to me , kind, courteous and knowledgeable staff who are extra happy to answer questions.

Fast and friendly. Plenty of help on the floor, got exactly what I needed. Lines started getting longer, they immediately opened more cashiers to keep things moving. Great experience overall.
