Good movies and live music in one of the US’ oldest operating movie theaters. The folks who greeted us were so sweet and welcoming. Yummy selection of snacks and drinks (plus a separate cafe/seating area if you want to hang out without watching a movie). The kind of theater that every town should have. ❤

Cute, local theater with nice seating, stage and food and beverage options. It looks like a rather old theater that they are doing well at keeping updated, clean and comfortable. There is a nice outdoor patio next to the building, it looked rather inviting even with the night being so cold. We went here specifically for my favorite band’s performance, The Arcadian Wild. It is pretty far drive from where I normally am, so I may not go back, but it was a good experience.

We totally enjoyed our night out to see the hysterical and brilliant Paula Poundstone. A wonderful venue in a great little town, with an exceptional lineup of (seasonal only) events. Can't wait to go back!

I grew up going to this theater so it teems with memories for me. Owners have done a wonderful job maintaining and refurbishing the space. My only complaint: very unpleasant odors were emanating into the auditorium when we visited.

Very nice venue! Small crowd of 300 with excellent sound and plenty of leg room. Snacks and drinks available and the nices staff. They have a new heating and cooling system and while the temperature was comfortable up back it did ha an odd smell.

I went with my family to watch A Quiet Place 2 and the surround sound was fantastic. There's lots of seating and the concessions are very cheap. You can tell the whole theater has a lot of history and the people running it are fantastic and friendly. Definitely hit up this spot for a quick movie and to support a local business.

This theatre is a gem set in a growing small town. It is a great venue to see a concert. It allows a very intimate interaction between the performers and the audience. The staff are wonderful people, they really care about your experience and work hard to ensure you have an amazing time. Thank you for providing so much culture to Bethlehem.

We went to the Colonial for the first time this year. What a beautiful job they have done to bring this lovely old theater. We always go there and are so impressed with the improvements that they make every year. We went to see a film about food and waste which was called "Waste" exposing our country's of food and all the better ways that we can utilize our foods rather than wasting it. I was very interesting to see all the many different ways that we can prepare and use all the scraps that we create.
this turned out to be a very interesting idea to follow up with. Enjoyed ourselves immensely.

Cheap tickets, reasonable concessions, a patio lounge and you can bring your beer into the show! What else do you need?! Lots of on-street parking, friendly staff, and great shows. Definitely membership material.

The Colonial is truly a treasure in northern NH! They have an amazing line up of films showing all week plus organic popcorn that you can doctor up any way you want. The live events are when this venue shines. The acts are always top notch, the sound is great, and there's a super open and friendly vibe that makes the colonial totally a unique experience.

Always a great experience when going to this theater. Their movie choices are always impressive and live events are exceptional. Concessions have more options than your standard movie theater, including adult beverages. A real gem in the White Mountains of New Hampshire.

Love this classic cinema! They make fantastic choices in indie films, have top notch live performances, and fun film fests. Honestly, the only problem is that more people don't come -and they are missing out.

The music during the live season is outstanding--an eclectic mix that will appeal to most lovers of live music, in a comfortable, energy filled venue with a great sound system.

Went to see Everything, Everywhere, All at Once tonight. There was a quantum physicist that spoke before the movie - Dr. Elena Long. Had a great time and my mind is blown!
