Purchased a new gas grill recently. Asked if we could have it delivered. "Yes", and it was done free-of-charge. The person who delivered the grill was the new store manager. After congratulating him, I told him how much I like the store and the folks who work there. I've never had any experience that fell short of a 5-stars at Lancaster Aubuchon Hardware. This time was no different, and - based on my experience - I don't expect it ever will be.

They have a huge selection of most anything you can need. Feed,fishing supplies, hardware, and on and on. Knowledgeable people who want to help you. Great place to shop!

Bought a product that didn’t meet my needs. Easy return and found a replacement. I have always had very good customer service. I don’t expect them to compete with large box store inventory. Happy to have a local store to go to first.

I went into the store looking for something simple, I found it right off. Darren is always very positive and happy on the checkout counter. It's always worth going in there.

Great staff who even when when the store is pack or they don't have what you are looking for, will take the extra minute and try to point you to another business in area. Much improve management from experiences in past years where your not treated like your bother bothering them. Greeted with a smile and they try to help you find products you need .

Professional staff they were very helpful and knowledgeable. I’m recently purchased a new Husqvarna 455 Rancher and the associate had it all setup in no time. The store is well stocked and they have a garden center as well. I now shop here frequently and recommend checking them out you wont be disapointed!

No matter what you need, you can find it at Aubuchon Hardware in Lancaster, NH. Today's visit was for a quality tarp. The friendly and knowledgeable clerk showed me a 16” x 20’ heavy duty industrial polyethylene tarp with a strong 14 x 14 cross weave for maximum strength and durability in all kinds of weather. With winter’s snows coming, that tarp will protect anything kept outdoors. They also sell a complete line of Husqvarna tractors, snowblowers, and accessories. This past summer I bought the paint for my garage from their great paint department. Aubuchon Hardware IS the friendly hardware place!
