Yankee Candle

They are always welcoming right when you walk through the doors. The staff approached me right away, Abby C. Was soo nice and answered all of my questions. The store looked beautiful and Melissa and Alyssa were busy making making the store look nice while assisting other customers while also making sure I was being helped. Was made aware of all of the sales that were available and check out was a breeze! I absolutely love this store and have gone there anytime I need a gift or something for myself.

We received an email offer with a 40% off. When trying to order and pay and pick up in the Tinley Park store, that option was not available. We called the store and Colleen, the store manager, answered and said she would match the offer and had inventory. When we went to pay for the items, Colleen boosted the offer to 50% off, and she helped carry the items to our car. Who does that? Thank you Colleen for your generosity and going over and beyond to provide excellent service.

Great selection and the best part of it is they had my WHITE CHRISTMAS !!!!!! I love this scent !!! Also balsam and cedar 🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄🎄

This location had the BEST customer service I’ve received in a long time! I was trying to make a customized candle and at the time, their system was unfortunately not functioning. However, their employees were so patient & kind with me and went above and beyond to make sure my order was fulfilled! They took down my phone number and called me shortly after letting me know my candle was ready for pick up. Will definitely be coming back to this location from now on, thanks to everyone there for their hard work, dedication, and patience! You guys are the best!!

Wow!!!! Over the top customer service, I will only buy yankee candles from the store going forward. Worth the trip to go to the store. The women who helped me Sunday 12/30/18 in the morning was amazing. Sorry I forgot her name.
