Whoever designed the new layout at this Starbucks probably never worked a shift at this Starbucks because this genius decided to put the customer hand off point right at the entrance just to ensure there’s always about 1-4 bodies blocking the walkway to actually get to the register and place your order. I can’t actually fault the people who work the register here they’re always nice to me and they try as hard as they can to prevent a wait from forming at the terribly designed entrance.

The workers were super friendly and nice and the drinks were perfect!

This was my first time going to this location, which is super convenient and very nice inside! I went up to the counter and said how it was my first time ordering a Starbucks coffee so I wasn’t sure what to get. Brooke was really sweet and helpful with what I should get. The coffee came out SO good! Thanks to all the ladies that were behind the counter working when I was there on Saturday morning :)

So glad this is the Starbucks I run into on my way to work. Been coming here for a while now and the employees are always great. It is very rare to bump into a sour apple employee here. My order is always ready to go when I arrive and there’s never been an issue with it. Highly recommend this place!

How sad. Starbucks completely redecorated the store. It took over 2 weeks. What a disappointment! The seating is reduced by at least 50%! What was corporate thinking? This is an outlet with no drive thru! The store caters to walk-ins. Big mistake! My bet is the store will close or more seating will be added within 6 months.
If you visit, don't assume you'll find a seat.

Love this Starbucks. It was the only one open during Christmas. It's huge, lots of sitting space, great selection of merchandise, parking was easy... but order ahead of time if you're on the go, I'm not the only one who likes this location.

I arrived to pick up my mobile order this morning only to find that half the town had done the same exact thing. There were only 3 women working but they did a fantastic job getting orders out as quickly as possible. I wanted to commend them for the way they all handled such a crazy rush.

I always feel so welcome here! All the baristas are always upbeat and super friendly; laughing and smiling and chatting with me and other customers. I have always loved my drink, whether it was my usual go to or a recommendation if I'm feeling adventurous.

Even with only one person working in the store my drink came out really good. Sorry to see such a labor shortage in the place but at least in this case the quality of the product didn't suffer. Kudos.

Friendly staff makes it easy and enjoyable to order. They are willing to answer questions and able to make suggestions. Two bathrooms makes it nice when spending time here. Also the music is not too loud.

My absolute favorite starbucks to go to! Brooke and Alaina always go out of their way to get to know customers. Keep it up!

This Starbucks doesn't have a drive thru, which adds to the atmosphere in my opinion. The staff is extremely friendly. There's also outdoor seating! I frequent this Starbucks and it's always a great experience.

I come into this Starbucks daily. Not once have I left disappointed. My coffee Is always made just right! One thing that I feel super important to mention is the store manager. I believe her name is Tessa. Let me tell you, (being a manager myself I always observe these kind of things), she is absolutely ALWAYS on top of her game. I actually take mental notes of how positive her attitude is so consistent all thw time. In my opinion she does her job 110% , with an awesome smile, and terrific positive friendly attitude. I have no idea who this lady is, but every single time I come in I notice something so professional yet personable about how she handles customers. And I also get super excited when I see she makes my coffee. She's honestly the heart of this store. Also thought I'd mention Kayla I belive her name is, is an awesome worker. Anyways just thought someone should praise this woman for the excellent work she does and thank her for always making the store atmosphere feel so enlightening and happy! You girls all rock!

Never been to a Starbucks where workers complimented each other with good work, we slayed it, awesome job, etc. The four of them just worked with efficient speed and cohesiveness. Super nice to see a good team and work environment.

The staff here are amazing, Martino and Khalil are always so friendly and warm! This Starbucks is one of the best in customer service

Just what you expect from a Starbucks; great drinks, good food, good service. One thing I really like with this location is that they fill the drinks to the top. When you pay top dollar for coffee I feel ripped off if the drinks are not filled to the top. At this location they do it, while at other they do not. Kudos to this location.

After the renovation, there is less seating. Also, what's here is less flexible. Maybe that's what they were going for to keep people from camping out for hours at a time, though. Anyway, seems a step back to me. Otherwise, good service and coffee is usually good.

Everyone has always been so friendly and helpful. I always get a great beverage and always greeted with kindness! Best Starbucks I've been too. Very professional and kind.
