Very polite and respectful employees. Happy to go there even though it's a bit out of my way from home. They were helpful and educated on some websites scammers. Thank God for them, they may have just saved me from being hacked and robbed from illegite company. Thank you with all my heart. Very grateful customer.

I am so sick of THIS USPS location when it comes to delivering packages to your residential home. Today I had a package from eBay, and the package did not come to my house, instead, they decided to put it inside of a parcel locker, a broken parcel locker, that has been broken for over 2 years. USPS put my package in an unlocked parcel locker where anyone can just open it up and grab my package. I should not have to contact eBay to replace my package because USPS Mail carriers are not equipped with common sense. How hard is it for USPS to replace a parcel locker with a key that is stuck inside, it's not hard at all, literally pop it out of place and put a new one in its place, the end. This is not the first time I had to run all over the place to make sure no other person took my package. USPS has this older lady with glasses caucasian with pretty curly hair, she has no idea what she's doing, and the supervisor in the back, he's an African American male, refuses to do his job, so he puts all the work and blames on the USPS front desk worker. This poor lady is taking the heat not just from me, because she has no idea what to do, but other customers that have issues with this location, the customer before me has a PO BOX at this location, and the Carrier, the Mail Carrier keeps taking her packages out of that location and taking it to a different location and leaving it there and she has to go to another location to pick up her mail when it comes to a package. If I was that customer I would cancel my PO BOX with that location, request a full refund, and go somewhere else where USPS Mail workers know what they're doing.

go in to send a package, standing there with no service for 5+ minutes, ring the bell and greeted with a snarky attitude. i say i need to send a package and she just stares at me, talks to me like a child since the box wasn’t taped or addressed yet. no duh i know it needs to be taped and addressed, but i thought i could tape it and write on it there.

she looked at me like i was stupid and told me to buy tape (which isnt the problem, just how i was talked down to like i was stupid for not having it ready beforehand since i didnt know i couldnt do it there). real bad customer service coming from someone who works in customer service.

Their employees are incapable of delivering packages as scheduled and they are also incapable of reading notices stating to leave the package if no answer (they don't need signed for). No knocking, no ringing the doorbell, nothing. Every other package that is handled by this office is not delivered when it is supposed to be for one excuse or another.

Conveniently, every Sunday delivery has also been incomplete due to "No access to delivery location", apparently they are too lazy to get out of their vehicle and walk up 5 steps to a porch. Multiple complaints have been filed with the local Post Master and nothing has changed.

They have no problem cramming my mailbox full of junk mail, but anything larger than a letter is apparently impossible and takes several attempts to get it right. And people wonder why the USPS is bleeding money; incompetent employees that are incapable of performing an extremely simple task.

Jakob was Extremely rude. Claimed he was doing a courtesy by literally doing his job ensuring the mail I paid to have delivered was held at the post office so I can retrieve it myself. I show up and they held the wrong package. Had they asked me for the proper information before i traveled there it would have actually been convenient. Instead I was told to “get out of my lobby” when I asked “how in fact it’s a courtesy to do your job”. People are stressed during the holidays and as a employee of the USPS respect should be the minimum. He then Told me not to call there again because he will not hold my packages. I’m not sure he realizes it’s a public service and he’s a public servant. Maybe this isn’t the position for you sir.

Carrier can't be bothered to stop to get mail out of box if they don't have any to put in.

Worker was not wearing a mask when he knocked on the door to deliver mail, that was not ours in the first place. He then got agitated and told me that we need to put up a mail box even though one, the mail he was trying to deliver was not ours and two, we get our mail sent to a po box and have for years. There was clearly an election ballot in the bundle he was trying to wrongfully deliver to our address so god God forbid it gets to the proper person too late and they can't vote. I don't know if they're under new management or what but if you can avoid dealing with them I would.

Signed and left pink slip for a package to be redilivered. Still didnt show up for 3 days called them and said they would deliver it next day. Get a notification saying it was delivered at 530 pm while I was home and isn't even business hours needless to say it's not here. Second time this has happened and losing my own money because of it. On top of constantly getting other people's mail.

Almost daily I'm getting someone else's mail and I'm delivering it myself. I have also not received packages that I know was sent to me because some dishonest person probably received them at their residence. I've definitely lost out on money lately.
