Came in the store on Saturday April 27th and needed wiper blades. Those guys were super helpful. They helped me pick out the blades and even installed them. Great customer service

I took my battery into autozone to be charged and checked if it would hold a charge. I went because I was told at o reily that it needed replaced but I didn’t trust them because they were treating me different because I was a woman. I could tell. But autozone treated me amazing, and charged my battery. Tested it and said it was fine and saved me $200. I am very grateful for them. :)

The staff was friendly and even helped me figure out a problem I was having with my vehicle. Super cool, thanks guys 🙏

After my son did replace the part that was needed. The customer service agent was very nice when asked him to do that. The first time they did the engine check, it was showing a part of my turbo was not working.

They are more then happy to run a engine check for free. Remember most service repair shops will charge anywhere from $85.00 up to $195.00 for such service.

I have been to this location twice this week, and Kurtis has been so helpful. I really feel like a valued customer, and that he went above and beyond what is expected. I definitely recommend this location.

Great experience with a sales staff member who went out of his way to make a price adjustment due to a sales item that was not available. I did not ask for nor expect the adjustment. He also apologized for a very brief wait which he had no control in or responsibility for. Extremely accommodating and I left feeling very appreciated for my small purchase. I will return again. If you have to go to an autozone this is the one please do yourself a favor and ask for Tito when you call that man will go out of his way to make sure you get what you need and for a fair price I don't usually use automotive in the shop I work in but man they have the stuff no one else does and if you get the right person on the phone they will make sure you have what you need also they have a large hub distribution center right here in Wichita and can get what you need from there brought over to there store and save you a trip.....and if your over by pawnee and meridian ask for Chad that guy is as cool as the other side of the pillow

My car quit and wouldn't take a reg. Jump. Had to have a tow truck jump with a stronger battery. Went to auto zone and a very nice man checked and put in a new battery for me.

They went way beyond the call of duty to help me resolve the problem. Excellent service

I'm not a mechanic, but I can do basic routine maintenance and minor repairs. I have always had a good experience at AutoZone. The employees are friendly and helpful. If they don't have what I need in stock, they can order it and have it in for pick up quickly. They do free scans and battery charging as well as special tool rental. I would recommend AutoZone to anyone.
