Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I want to share what a nice experience I had this morning at this Sherwin Williams location. Matt was very polite and respectful in helping me with stain options and color choices. He knows his products and had a fantastic attitude in explaining them. The company should be very proud of him. I am in the process of fixing up a home to sell and building a new home and I have experienced some very rude customer service representatives. He is definitely a keeper

Matt was a great help to me even though I ordered online. He called to be sure my 25 gallon order was exactly what I needed. I had chosen the wrong type of stain and he advised me on the correct product for my project. Very grateful for the good customer service.

Went in to ask some questions on painting a car hauler wood floor. The manager, young man that transferred from Cali, was very knowledgeable and really helped me out.
You have a great employee that's worth retaining.....

We came in minutes before closing and Dom helped us as cheerfully & professionally as if we were his first customers of the day instead of the ones keeping him late. Excellent service - we will definitely come back again.
