Jeff is the absolute best and is such an artist with his drinks love his energy give this man a raise

One of my favorite people works at the local shop. The coffee is good, but I mostly stop to see my friend. She is amazing as I see how she cares for all her customers. They should name her as Barista of the month!

Busy location but quick service

Usually pretty quick.

Some employees are great, others have terrible attitudes. Drinks are sometimes made great, others made terribly. Better off doing mobile pickup from legit Starbucks location across the parking lot.

I was there at around 10am on a Saturday and was told by the batista that it was closed.

They are rather slow at times with orders but usually in high spirits.

There were four people working this Starbucks and it was still super slow. One of the workers was just standing there. The staff from previous times was a lot quicker and knowledgeable. I’ve been coming here for years and quit after the staff started lacking. Probably won’t be back.

Came here at 8:45 AM, saw Pam, who works there and asked if the store is open. She said in another 30 min. I vhecked the Starbucks site and google and both said the location is opened. I came back to Pam and asked why she is closed. She said she needs a 30 min break vecause she is alone there since 6 AM. Did not see alot of people there. Really? She just started her work. I drow specifically to buy a coffee only to listen she is closed, because not in the mood of working. Then sge just left on me and came back in 10 min and started to serve customers who came during ger absence. Completely rude and incompetent behavior.

There was only one person working. I ordered a iced caramel cloud macchiato and a regular iced caramel macchiato is what was made, so he had to re make my drink and had me pour the cloud in my cup myself. He needs more training and there shouldn't be just one person working.

Does not know how to make an iced brown oat milk shaken espresso Person working on taking orders is very rude and uneducated about all the drinks that Starbucks makes.

This morning, I bought a Strawberry Acai Lemonade, the Asian employee put a half water and a half lemonade in the cup, no Acai, no strawberry. It tasted very weird.

Google said they close at 8 and we arrive 7 30 and the lady said it was closed.

Took her 5 minutes to take order and I was the only person in line. She then gave me stale banana bread. It was hard, not edible.

Store appeared as open on Google Maps, so I drove there only to find that Kroger was open but the coffee shop was not.

The guy seemed to be not listening to what I say. Repeated order two times but didn't get what I asked for
