Megan is an outstanding service writer. She explains everything in a clear, easy to understand way and never pushes for services I don't need. Dave sends me videos of the work he is doing on my car and I appreciate the visualization. I am very comfortable having Subaru City take care of my service needs.

Very helpful, went in for a 120k tune-up and was helped by Matt. He gave an initial estimate and called to go over what else they found after inspection - nothing additionally was done until they had my consent. They even send you the video of the inspection to see what they're looking at. Got everything done the day of, and their online portal for paying/viewing the invoice made for a quick in-and-out when I went to pick it up.

First rate service. Took us right on time and finished ahead of estimated schedule. Professional yet friendly, kept us updated on the progress of our work. Removed a stain from the seat upholstery eventhough it was a last minute request. Add in the car wash and fair price and we left as happy customers.

This is our 5th Suburu we have leased from Suburu City. Same great, unbelievable, knock your socks off service every time we go there. We will be back in 3 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else! Ask for Corey!

I went in, and my car did not have the problem that I thought it had. This was frustrating, but it was not their fault. Tthey were patient and straightforward. In addition to this, they got me rides shares all over town because it took much longer than I had planned for. The issue in the end, truly is the fault of Subaru cars, and had nothing to do with Schlossmans. In spite of this, they did not charge me. The sales person was easy to communicate with via text and I super appreciated that. Hats off to Amir for handling my frustration with calm and respect. Last, but not least, As a woman, I never felt talked down to.

They always do a great job. Megan made sure I had shuttle service to make my day go a lot easier. Everything was done to my satisfaction.

I stopped in at Subaru city for an oil change I also had other concerns regarding my vehicle. The service writer answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the service process. From the front office to the technicians, everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. I would recommend the service department for your Subaru.

Matthew provided superior service and help with alternative schedule to complete my 60,000 mile service over two visits to help me cover costs. He even applied a oil brake job discount coupon I failed to notice existed. Thank you Matt, I appreciated it!

I took my vehicle in for an oil change. Sean & Juan were very nice. They asked if there were any other concerns that I had. They were both great through the whole process from checking in for my appointment to the end.

Efficient! The customer waiting area was comfortable, restroom clean and pleasant, and service was performed thoroughly. Was my first service on my new Outback and just as all of my experiences with Schlossmann Subaru City it was at a high bar setting. Highly recommend.

I know a lot of people don't trust dealerships, but I am VERY pleased with Subaru on 27th. I've been taking my car in for all its regular maintenance so when an issue comes up, they are more than willing to work with me. I'm very happy with them!!

I have been going to Subaru City since I bought my Forester in 2015. And the service has always been great. The last time there I was shown that both my stop lights were burned out,which saved me from being pulled over. And after all the checks and adjustments I always feel the difference on how better the vehicle always runs.

Megan took great care of me answered all my questions made things very simple. Give me a Rent-A-Car. It was great customer service as usual! I felt very taken care of.

I'm on the road from Virginia to wisconsin. My brother noticed an oil leak in his driveway in Illinois. I called Schlossman Subaru City on the way. I told them problem and they told me to come right in. About an hour later they had changed the oil and fixed the plug in the oil pan They were friendly and courteous as well as fast and efficient. The cost was reasonable. I highly recommend them.

I recommend Schlossman Subaru! Always have great service. Just took my car in for maintenance and worked with Amir. He keeps me up to date with whatever is going on. Have worked with him in the past and he's very professional, as are the other staff. I like that they have a shuttle service if I don't want to wait. This is my 2nd Subaru I have purchased at Subaru City and I'm happy!

Amir always does an excellent job and goes above and beyond . He makes sure both my car and i are taken care of while we are there. Nothing but good vibes when i go in to take my car to get serviced.

Subaru City in Milwaukee is amazing. The service team are polite, friendly, informative, and make you feel part of something larger than you. I love my Subaru, but I love my Subaru family at Subaru city more!!
