I ordered my husband's birthday ice cream cake from here. Awesome service and an even better Baskin Robbins. My husband was surprised for sure.

They take GREAT care of me here. They don't get chincey or bougie OR cheap and sloppy. Their kind, quick and go above and beyond versus bare minimum. It's very clear that they actually care about their customers instead of them being a number being timed for efficiency!

Dunkin is always a good place to go to. Now they got sandwiches. Besides their donuts and their ice cream. Their ice cream is Baskin-Robbins. I went in for the new avocado tomato bacon sandwich. I give it a ten, 👍

The employees are polite, and fast. I go here just about 3-4 times a day. Their wake-up wraps are killer! Always deliciously fluffy eggs and the perfect amount of cheese! My favorite drink is the frozen hot chocolate with almond milk. Anywhere else my husband will order a black coffee with just 2 sugars, every other place with always put cream, this place has always gotten it right.

The staff here this Saturday morning was absolutely amazing. As you were ordering they were already starting to make your food, almost no wait at all. Very friendly too

I stopped in just to see if they'd let me taste each flavor before I chose my ice cream and can you believe it they actually did I recommend the rocky road

I just parked there to go to the party store because the parking lot was full. But Dunkin Donuts is good to go too it's just upsetting they no longer make the cruller donut. However, if you're looking for Cruller Donuts YumYum Donuts on Telegraph in Taylor makes them and they are good too, also Tim Horton's makes good Cruller's too.
I just want to mention this DD is also Baskin & Robins and I just found out they're no longer making Jamoca flavored ice cream, there could be others but that and Peanut butter Chocolate are my two favorite flavors.

This location is a very small location it does not have a drive-through I go here often as it is the closest coffee shop to my house you are going to wait a while even if you're the only customer if you order any special coffee because it does take a minute for them to make it if there are 2 or more people in front of you just know that you're probly going to wait over 15 minutes for a coffee. The staff is very nice and well mannered I would have no complaints about this location just know that is gonna take a little bit longer

They are the friendliest people and have always gotten my order correct, even if it is a full house and I have a complicated order. The only down side is that there is no drive through but they make up for it with their quick service and hot, delicious coffee!

I came here at 5:55am and the gentleman behind the counter was so nice! I have never seen such a happy person so early in the morning especially in Michigan.... this was my best experience at any Dunkin Donuts, and I Travel tell country Daily.

Wonderful service, fresh donuts, and awesome ice coffee! After a horrible experience at Tim Horton’s - Telegraph and Goddard, Taylor! Needless to say, the guy at Tim Horton’s said and I quote, “we don’t really have donuts!” Asked, “you have any chocolate donuts?” He said, “not really!” Dunkin Donuts went above and beyond, creating a now memorable experience!! Keep it up, DD Team!! We’ll be back for all of our office meetings!

Man my mom swears by their coffee. She says it's better than tim hortons and mcdonald's period.

Who doesn't like DuDo's? Bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant with a large iced coffee is my favorite meal when I'm on the road. I grew up with them in Massachusetts and now they're just about everywhere. Wicked good!

Had a great experience at the Taylor location really friendly it was clean and I will leave them short on money a little bit and you let me slide really cool dude I came back later and hook them up the coffee's great Donuts were okay brought definitely go back to the coffee really good there at Dunkin Donuts always have been since I can remember and I've been going to that Dunkin Donuts believe it or not since 1970 that's how long that's been there a long time it is still pretty good

From double chocolate donuts to homer simpson donuts (pink frosting with sprinkles) and carry the ice cream for later tonight

I order ahead on the app. Food is always hot and drinks are always just as I ordered them and delicious. Nothing better than walking right in and right out on the way to work.

Short staffed but most service places are right now. Love this location because they know how to make my favorite drink Frozen Vanilla Spice!
