Starbucks

I want to thank Timber for her act of kindness today. She was so accommodating and friendly and completely made my day. She deserves a raise and a promotion.

So glad to finally have a Starbucks in the Greenbrier Valley. I have already went twice since it has opened. Great service, very welcoming staff. Both times I have went I ordered the Mango Dragonfruit refresher with lemonade, it is perfect. I also tried out the Grilled Cheese on sourdough, and it was perfect. Will definitely be going back.

Even though I wasn't at this location, it's right beside wal mart. I will say that it's Starbucks, I'm not going to knock this location because I don't know the employees. However, Starbucks as a whole company I will knock because I do not believe what they believe. I stand 100% withaw enforcement!! And the treatment that some leos have experienced at Starbucks is unacceptable. So, for that I say, stay away from any Starbucks until they get the right leadership at the corporate level.

I always go to Starbucks in the morning everyday like clock work, my drink is always right and ready when I get there.
Yesterday I tried one of the new frozen lemonades but because they are new it wasn’t made correctly. I talked to an employee by the name of tea and she made sure the drink was remade correctly and even made sure I liked it! Her service was wonderful and she’s a great asset to their team of the other wonderful girls there !

First visit to the new Starbucks in my town. Very nice. Very expensive but its Starbucks... my coffee was made fast and accuratly. Ill be back for sure.

Love the new Starbucks in Lewisburg. They are very friendly, fast , and my order is always 👍 👍 right!!

I ordered a White Chocolate Mocha it was delicious, but I was never asked my name. I asked the barista why she explained when the store wasn’t busy she doesn’t need to know their names, the girl behind me was asked her name and called when her drink was ready. Odd.

Staff is friendly, efficient, and shows good knowledge of the menu despite being a brand new store. Drinks and food taste great, and are at a level of quality that compares with other Starbucks locations across the country. I’ve tried both hot and cold drinks, both staples and seasonal specials at this location and they get them right every time. Ignore the disgruntled reviews from opening weekend. The entire county flooded the store and was upset about long wait times. The staff was doing their best and were gracious with angry and disrespectful customers who should’ve known when they were getting in a 45-60 minute long line that it would it would take 45-60 minutes to get their orders. And yes, I was there twice during opening weekend, so I know that the staff was working their butts off and giving friendly smiles through the entire experience. When I’ve come back since, I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes!

I just wish when u asked for extra ice in your drink they gave it! Other than that I love Starbucks

Great place to take a dump. The coffee is fair at best, but the folks were nice.

I haven’t experienced any significant delay on any of my orders and the coffee tastes great.
