Caught a great deal on a great car. Had it an issue with the brakes. They brought me a car on a tow truck and came and towed it away. The next day they brought my car back and took the lease car back. It was completely stress-free when it could have been a very stressful situation. The service department, led by Mike, provided an outstanding experience and absolutely saved my bacon.
We experienced an engine failure in Nashua and had to abandon our Santa Fe. Grappone sent a tow truck to retrieve the vehicle, performed second level diagnostics and determined the root cause of the failure. Without prompting the service team advocated for us with Hyundai, provided a loaner car, and fully resolved the problem.
