We had a great experience here. I like the low light setting and authentic western atmosphere. Seeing a painting of Bill Pickett warmed my heart. The portions left us satisfied and full. Our steaks were perfectly medium, and everything tasted fine ...except the asparagus, it needed something. All the same, a great place to eat as far as I can tell. Thanks, Octavia and crew!

Decided we were going to leave our town and head south to Concord, had three places in mind, pulled into this location didn't look crazy busy so went in got greeted quickly with a warm smile and seat quickly by a nice gentleman. Our waitress came to the table got our drinks and appetizer order. The alcoholic beverage I ordered was phenomenal it was a Strawberry 🍓 Margarita. Wasn't sure if it was going to be good went off the waitress expression on it and it was again a phenomenal drink just the right amount of everything.! The food was delicious 😋 from the appetizer and bread to the salad and main meal.! Pictures are of a Longhorn Steak tip with Mushrooms and Fries on the side. And the 9oz Parmesan Cheese crust Grilled chicken with a side being their back by demand Fire Grilled corn on the cob.!
Our waitress was fast, on point, sweet as can be, and happy. She was amazing to have as a waitress.! She also was very attentive to everyone's needs she was severing tonight but never forgot to continue checking in on us, making sure out food was good.

Was a nice enjoyable evening at dinner with great food and drinks as well as great service. What I love as well is the manager on duty I would assume even walked up to our table and asked us how our food was. Now that's how it's done.! Everyone working as a team there.!

Longhorn is honestly the best place to eat in concord. The food is always so hot and fresh, even when I get takeout, and it’s so consistent. I’ve never had a bad experience and I eat a LOT of longhorn! The price is also amazing!!! Great food for a great price, 10/10 every time.

What a great visit. So glad we stopped in there. Beth, our bartender, was playing catch up from the lunch rush and was still engaging and attentive. The food was spot on! Best meal out in a long time.

Great place to go. We highly recommend asking for Jackie as your waitress, she was so attentive and just amazing all around
The steak was cooked to perfection, I love rare and they nailed it, most places don't. I also had the perfect margarita ( long pour because why not lol) and it lived up to its name. They nailed my husband's drink as well which was a hurricane. We will definitely be back

Update: Thank you so much to the very kind gentleman I spoke with today! He seemed so sincere & honestly deserves some praise for his customer service skills in my opinion :) I unfortunately did not catch his name (i'm so bad at that lol), but i'm sure the manager who came out to hand my card back, knows who I am talking about. They did end up having my card, & confirmed my ID before giving it back.

Visited this location around noon today for lunch with my little brother. I am pretty positive that I accidentally left my credit card behind. We were looking forward to leaving there & going to adopt a kitten, after having to put our family dog down yesterday. I admittedly got a little distracted, & he was pretty eager, & I believe I left my card in the holder for the bill, as this is the ONLY place I used it today. I called maybe 2 hours after our lunch to ask about said card, & was pretty disheartened by the lack of interest from the girl who answered the phone. She was clearly only half paying attention to what I was saying, giggling with whoever, & trailing off mid-sentence when asking about my info. I think any rational human can understand how anxiety inducing it is to lose your card, & I was a bit frustrated. I will be back tomorrow to ask someone about my card face to face.

I placed an order online and as the usual goes this location was spot on both on service, delivery of food to my car side and punctuality! The worker girl was super friendly and had a great smile! I recommend the parmesan crusted chicken and my fiance Can't Get Enough of the Brussels sprouts!

My wife and I LOVE this place. We ALWAYS go here atleast once a week. Amazing food and service. Steak, potatoes and salad. Amazing

We regularly bring a busload or two of senior citizens to enjoy a lunch after a fun, activity-filled morning. Having been notified well beforehand, the host/hostess is always ready to receive us as soon as we walk through the door. We're always promptly seated, and our orders are always prepared accurately and in a reasonable amount of time. The food is top-notch, and is a solid value. Lastly, we absolutely must acknowledge server Kristine G., who has consistently taken such good care of our group. She hits a home run every time. Thank you, Concord Longhorn Steakhouse. We always look forward to our next visit!

As always the food was wonderful (my ribeye was perfectly fine and seasoned just right) and service was fantastic although the server was overly bubbly. I don't know if that's her normal demeanor, but I felt it was a bit much. I am not a grump by any means just to be clear. She would make a great preschool teacher, lol

Don't get to go out very often and very glad we did tonight. Loaded potato soup always my fave here. NY sirloin and outlaw ribeye with lobster were outstanding and cooked perfect. By far the best was our server Becca though. I work in the industry and have for almost 18 years. She was polite, professional, great smile and personality and attentive. Definitely lucky to have her on your staff. Thanks for making our night Becca ♡

Very consistent always. Was extremely full, but still only 20min wait. Food was great. Steak cooked exactly how asked.

My husband and I both had steak and grilled shrimp. It was delicious 😋 Service was excellent. Great atmosphere and experience.

A perfect dining experience. Every single item on our plates were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Beautiful med-rare cook on my Filet and the stuffed mushroom appetizer was delicious 😋. Our server (Devin) was attentive, helpful with his suggestions and entertaining to top it off. Would definitely come back again next time we are in the Concord area.

Our steaks were delicious and cooked perfectly. My husband had the Renegade and I had steak tips with perfect button mushrooms and onions. Loved the unique Crispy Brussel Sprouts!

I took my husband here for his 65th birthday .. Kristine with a “K” was by far the best server we have ever had in our life. She has worked 15 years here and truly loves her job. Very refreshing! Thanks Kristine!!!

Our waitress Chistine was amazing as always. We usually come in with a large group and she never misses a thing. Hard to find service like this lately.

Had a great lunch and was taken care of by our server. She was super attentive, polite, graceful. Food was very good also.

I had a ribeye steak with sweet potatoes and broccoli. The steak was cooked perfectly for me which is medium rare and was very tender. The vegetables were very good too. I didn't have room for dessert so I don't have any opinions about it.

We have been here a few times for dinner. I usually don’t like chains, but this one is exceptional. Last night, we called ahead ten minutes before we arrived and we were seated right away, even though the dining room was busy. Emma, our waitress, was super personable and attentive. We didn’t wait for anything. The food was perfectly cooked and delicious. It’s fast becoming our go to Friday night restaurant.
